I dont see how this card will be played in any serious deck... its a 2 mana 2/1 murloc with 1 damage battlecry
SeemsBad
Outside of murloc tribal, you're paying an extra mana over Elvish Archer for 1 extra attack. Garbage tier. In murloc tribal, you're trading a 1/1 for 1 damage (over the Tidecaller style cards). Even in murloc tribal it probably won't make the cut.
This is just about the definition of including a bad card to lower the average power level of arena picks.
With only 1 health this is a worse Elven Archer. Won't even see play in Murloc decks.
Garbage card. Not every card in a set can be good though.
I don't understand the thought process behind the development of such cards. Like this card for example could easily have 2 health instead of just 1, and it would still be meh. Ironforge Rifleman, same thing. It could have been a 3/2, or even a 3/3, and it would still not be that strong. Silverback Patriarch could have 2 attack. Don't even get me started on Purify. And the list of obvious small buffs that would help goes on. Why make such weak cards?
...because if every card is strong, then no cards are strong because you're comparing the strength of cards. Would think this is obvious, but apparently not.
HAAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH put this card in ur ass blizzard
I don't think you guys understand, the murlocs tag should ADD one health, what with the prevalence of Hungry Crab in the meta
Filler is fine, but when you only have 9 multicards along with the filler, then theres a problem
Nerf to Murloc Knight :-P
it's me or the ideas of card are starting to be redundant ?
This is how big sets are. Everyone talks down on it but when a deck has a sweet-spot inclusion of Bog Creeper, the critique ceases to be an issue.
Okay, in Murloc Paladin Bluegill Warrior would be a better pick because of all the attack buffs Paladin has. It could see play in Murloc Warlock and Murloc Shaman since Murloc Warlock just uses PO as an attack buff and doesn't really need a murloc with Charge for it to be useful and the Rockbiter nerf makes the Bluegill-Rockbiter combo too slow to use. In Arena, I could invision situations where the Battlecry would be useful, though it wouldn't last long on anyone's board due to its 1 health. Overall, I rate: Bad.
Well at least they're getting the filler out of the way first.
Unexpected plot twist. It's all filler.
Yes! I have never found a counter to that Op card

Next please.
Cards like this are why I am seriously considering spending $0 on this expansion and Hearthstone going forward, as well as possibly quitting the game. This is lazy design, and has absolutely no business being a "preview" card. Come on Blizzard. Wtf are you doing? This game could be so so much more, and, as Kripp has said, you really needed to knock it out of the park with this expansion. So far it seems really bland, and like the ideas came from someone who is doing this as their part-time job.
Be creative, create a better product, or we WILL leave. At the very least, we'll stop spending money, and it will just keep getting worse and worse.
Don't speak for everyone in the community. Card games need some average cards, and they are especially useful for Arena.
You can make average cards without basic stat adjustments. I suppose this card needed to be made eventually, and Hearthstone hasn't been around long enough for it to have covered all the basics yet. However, they do need to do a better job with card design. Why 3 tri-class cards for each gang, and not 1 for each rarity? It seems generally lazy, limiting the amount of fresh content they produce, and focusing on gimmicky things that are overly simplistic.
If that's what Hearthstone is, then so be it, and I doubt I'll play much longer. If that's not what the game is supposed to be, then they need to step it up. I have higher expectations of them, as should you all too.
