Introducing big demon synergy to finally make Voidcaller good and rotating voidcaller out at the same time, simply incredible
Wish Crane Game had "that cost X amount or more" so you could also run cheaper tech demons like Void Virtuoso or w/e.
Crane Game reminds me of this
Dimensional Ripper
I really tried making Dimensional Ripper work. Crane Game have the advantage of it specific of what types of minions it could summon so it might work.
The big demon warlock looks pretty fun, but I'm not sure if there is enough good big demons to use.
If they add some this expansion, it could work.
Bloodbloom + Crane Game might be annoying
Man, some of these minis would be abysmal to get from Botface.... not that it was impressive to begin with, but still.
It's for balance reasons. If every Mini would be like Shudderblock it would be too strong, so it needs some whiffs. I think overall there is a good balance between Great Minis, Okay Minis and Bad Minis, for the moment at least.
I don't know... perhaps it's irrational, but I would feel much better about getting a low roll that can still fulfill it's intended purpose, such as the mini from Tigress Plushy, as opposed to buff a demon when there are no demons in sight. It's a weird design choice to me, like this card and Botface were designed by two different people that had zero contact.
Big Demon Warlock? I'm all for it!
Isn't a lot of the demons rotating out though??
Warlock hasn't really been the Demon class in standard in forever. All that's rotating out are a bunch of imps and those 5 from the core set that hardly saw any play
The only good-ish hit that's rotating is Lakkari Felhound.
They're adding Doomguard, which is huge.
And thats the point... Its an odd decision to rotate out all the best demons right when they decide to support the demon archetype, unless they're about to reveal more bigger and better demons. Mal'Ganis, Lakkari Felhound and Voidcaller were very good candidates to be in the new decks, since they were barely used in the last year.
i know your waiting for good demons but don't.
there is menace called cublock in wild.
trash cards other than End Game
Cubelock is only good vs a slow control/heavy board oriented meta. I don't think these cards will help that archetype significantly enough to shake anything up.
Decks like Dragon Druid and Quest Mage laugh at Cubelock
