I wish they added "or destroyed" tag to the cards from last year expansions, so that disco lock could reach his final disco-destro form!
Imagine these barrels with Hemet, Jungle Hunter in wild. Oh Yeah.
4 mana 7-7, potentially deal 9 damage.
The power level is just getting stupid at this point.
we are wayyyy past that point
Nono, this powerlevel really makes me wonder what HS devs are doing these days. This is absolutely disgusting.
Also, the difference between neutral and class cards so far is just beyond insane. They are screwing up the game beyond repair at this point and it's very sad to see.
Oil Baron Warlockmaxxing please
WILD
I really like the mechanic, is cute and fun. But I don't think that is incredible.
Abyssal Curses deal guaranteed damage to the enemy hero, that repeats itself on the next turn unless that your opponent's pay a 2-Mana tax, and have the minor extra of mill potential. And the only real way to play around it is keeping a full hand.
Avoid taking damage with this is as easy as having minions on the board. And that's not necesarily a bad thing, but I'm afraid that looks like a lot of trouble between getting the cards and then find ways to remove them from your hand or deck, to just remove a couple of minions. My calculations is that the natural amount of Barrels that you can get is around 8, which is a total of 24 damage, but thats commiting with a lot of cards and nothing guarantees that this damage will become burst damage. You can go All in with Elekks and Plot Twist, and wherever you want. But you can do an OTK with any card, that dosn't means that the deck is going to be actually viable.
In standard could be fine, specially because of Furnace Fuel , which makes Tome Tampering finally at least playable.
Neeru Fireblade it was all his plan!
Who would want to discard cards to play cards?
Who would want to take damage to play cards?
When you run out of cards, you play Tony the pirate and get a new set of cards.
Silence Warlock meta?
The Downside of Waste Remover is actually incredible small to even think about playing Silence in your deck.
But I mean, Warlock has enough overstated minions with downsides if you really want to go for it. Could be fun, really bad, but fun.
Well dayum, was it too early to dust The Jailer or what?
I really like these cards. Barrel Warlock is definitely gonna be a fun deck.
Nah, just use a steamcleaner
A warlock set with more than one demon and neither is an imp. Very pleased!
Pretty creative mechanic, I like it.
4 mana 7/7 meme continues.
I can see a Zoolock deck coming back with the combination of a Imp-Fatigue-Barrel of Sludge package.
I tried Fatigue, Toxic and Excavate packages together, and that fits quite snugly. I think a 40 card version with the Abyssal Curse stuff added might work too, but have not had time to work it out yet.
Does this package make Tome Tampering playable?
