Otto42 posted a message on Tentacles for ArmsPosted in: Tentacles for ArmsWell, since I know of no possible way to silence or remove the deathrattle from a weapon, then there would also never be any need to include more than one of them in a deck.
While this weapon is basically garbage on its own merits, it does have a spot in Fatigue/Control Warrior. This weapon basically speeds up the Fatigue end-of-game for that, because now a cardless warrior can do more than just armor up and end turn, waiting for the other guy to die. He can consistently replay this weapon over and over and hit face with it.
This is not a card you play on-curve, it's one you play when you have excess mana for the turn and nothing else that is worthwhile to play. -

It's tough, but similar to poker, you have to be able to completely take the emotion out of it and OBJECTIVELY evaluate all your options and make the best one possible. If you played a game in which you were favored and made the correct play on every turn but still lost due to RNG/bad draws/whatever, don't get upset; you played as well as you could. If you lost because you made an incorrect play, then correct it next time.
IMO the hardest part besides managing your emotions when losing is being able to evaluate your game when WINNING. It's easy to think you're playing well when on a win streak. Maybe you are, but maybe you're not; you're just getting lucky.

ThisWasTheOnlyUsernameAvailable posted a message on How to not stress out when I lose?Posted in: General DiscussionThe obvious answer is stop losing.
But yeah, sometimes this game can be so FML. Only advice I can give is that if you start to tilt just stop for a while. Queuing up again and again in a blind rage will just make it worse. And don't kick the cat!

Don't wanna say grow up because thats rude, but, when u see a kid scream over a red truck toy, it is the same as screaming at ur screen here. Exactly the same.

asteroidm posted a message on How to not stress out when I lose?Posted in: General DiscussionI'm super competitive so I try my very best to win in Hearthstone. But when I lose I feel like I need to take out all my anger while playing Hearthstone so I keep tilting
There are a number of ways to deal with it. I think the best way, if you are competitive, is to examine why you lost and what you could have done differently to affect the outcome. That is the first thing. If it's because of a misplay, recognize it and strive to avoid it. If it was because you didn't see a particular line of play in regards to the board state or what the opponent was showing, it's important to think back and find that moment. In cases where you lost because of deck inferiority or card selection, remind yourself you are playing to get cards and identify what cards you are needing to improve your deck. If it was due to simple RNG or draw issues then focus on your win rate over individual games. You will, despite playing perfectly and having a perfectly balanced deck, loose occasionally due to RNG. In those cases its not the individual game that matters but your overall progress and focus on that. -

It's still not worth it . This card is right next to Millhouse Manastorm.

What the hell were they thinking when they made this card? Why would I want my opponent to draw cards? Waste of a legendary minion if you ask me.
