There's so much month left though. You still have several weeks of Ranked wins Weekly Quests to do (though you could do those in other modes) and by not playing you will get passed by too.

I think I would look at this closer to the end of the month and then decide where you stand. If you are still top 2k or close then why not defend it? fun to have that 11 stars for a month.

Waiting for: The Book of Heroes Gul'dan portrait and voicelines. I hope they are really good and really evil and bring to the forefront what an absolute maniacal evil bastard Gul'dan is. Probably the only Book of Heroes I'll still actually play.

If you read the part about Xyrella, she is called to Kalimdor by a Naaru and tasked with finding it;s pieces. Naaru are creatures of Light that turn to Darkness (Void) when they are emptied of energy. They then need to absorb light again until they return to being a creature of Light again.

I think what Bru'kan saw was a Naaru, creature of light and darkness, and not literal dragons. He just didn't have words to describe what he saw in any other way.

New Game Mode - Hearthstone Mercenaries

We’re excited to share some initial details on our next new game mode, Hearthstone Mercenaries! Hearthstone Mercenaries will feature strategic RPG gameplay and roguelike missions that provide a fresh set of challenges every time you play.

In Hearthstone Mercenaries, players will build of a collection of mercenaries from among dozens of fan-favorite Warcraft characters such as Sylvanas Windrunner and Ragnaros the Firelord (as well as some new faces).

Before a Mercenaries run begins, players will assemble a team of mercenaries from their collection. Each mercenary has a unique set of abilities, and they’ll acquire experience and loot by winning battles, eventually earning the ability to evolve into more powerful versions of themselves!

Mercenaries features a fast-paced combat system that rewards cunning and anticipation. Before each fight, players will select mercenaries from their team to participate in battle. Each turn, they’ll pick their team’s actions simultaneously with their opponents and watch the results of the fight play out.

Players will face a new selection of randomly generated encounters every time they start a Mercenaries run, earning in-game achievements and rewards to bolster their team as they battle their way to the final boss. And in PVP mode, players will be able to pit their mercenary teams against other players!

We’ll have more information to share on Hearthstone Mercenaries, including a launch date, later this year.

Very old model of a shield from World of Warcraft. Iconic look. Drops in the level range that the Barrens is in.

A lot of the stuff about the Mercenaries is a throwback to leveling in WoW. The mercenaries are low level now but next expansion they will have moved on to new areas and will have become stronger and will have different looks.

It's all a lead in to the Mercenaries game mode where you will also "level" these Heroes and make them stronger and with more abilities.

The shield in WoW: (on my Alliance Paladin alt, who was the first one I saw that could use a shield when I went to check)

 1) The server update took ages to come, I;d already gone to bed yesterday when they finally tweeted out that it was live. Not sure about the Oh My Yogg fix though.
