technically, it is. If you can play well on curve, you won't need thaurissan, and brann usually comes up so infrequently that he's almost never used (in my experience).
you can use innervates to play multi-card 10+ mana plays, like brann + innervate + innervate + c'thun, and to boost out your Dark Arrakoas on turn 4. Mire Keeper also gives you that 3-3 + 2-2 body in late game for just 4 mana.

why would you run brann

probably a Forbidden Healing or a Solemn Vigil
but the combined heal + draw is very important

I'd cut a Shield Block

Hope this question is authentic
Basically, you play Emperor Thaurissan with Raging Worgen, Charge, some worgen activator (Inner Rage, Cruel Taskmaster), and Faceless Manipulator in hand.
Then, with all of the cost reduction, you play the Raging Worgen, activate it, Charge [/card]it, then [card]faceless manipulator it.
Then you go face.
And hope you win.

I highly disagree with brann in this deck
there's just too little synergy

probably black knight

Mire Keeper's a preeeety good card though...

RAM WRANGLER IS CRAAAAZY
Now, how consistent is this deck against C'thun?
0
lmao, after nerfs this decklist is hilariously bad
0
esp. since your C'thun is a finisher, not a card to be killed and played again.

Not necessarily. You can play a more midrange- of control-type version of this deck.

I personally don't run Thaurissan, if you want to check out my own c'thun druid , you can find it here: http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/503090-ramp-cthun-reno-druid
