It's awfully tough to remove a 6 health minion on turn 2 or 3 so usually it gets ignored and you drop a 5/6 on the following turn. Then they have to deal with that, and you're sitting on a +1 spellpower minion that hangs around and buffs your spells!

looking at the pool of 3 mana beasts in standard post rotation the average 3 cost beast is quite good with less board clears in the game a big board swing of this card could be game ending.
other classes that could play it are rogue, druids (Also beast synergies) and hunter.
Mage could use this card aswell but antonidas is stronger probably since you can end the game with him normally if you meet his conditions.. or maybe both for redundancy (or 2 copies of this AND antonidas)

At least in this thread people weren't originally complaining that this card was bad because it was not competitive, it was a complaint that there are no deck recipes in wild for this card to take advantage of.
Wild players like playing for fun too and like playing memes. The problem is that this card is fundamentally designed NOT to take wild into consideration because it only gives you standard cards. It honestly wouldn't take long or be hard to slap together a few weak meme recipes for wild. That's all, and I would be fine with the card, but creating the closest thing that you can to a standard-only card for players in one format to have more fun with it than players in the other format is not cool.

In truth instead of increasing the dust value of dusted cards I'd rather an increase to how much dust we get. Instead of encouraging nuking your cards, they should encourage keeping your cards and getting more dust for more crafting. This helps newer players (who don't have much to dust) more as well as encourage variety (instead of making it easier to dust bad cards, you keep them, still get to craft good cards, and can play around with the other cards as well).
Thus I propose the Tavern's of Time never fully being 'fixed'. It warps the quest system permanently. The old quest return, of course, but now they give dust along with gold (so a 1 win quest gives 50 gold/50 dust).
That would GREATLY help the situation by effectively doubling your resource gain, and encouraging crafting by making the added bonus dust. It also means you aren't a slave to the Arena system to find any meaningful dust.

Need some extra dust for new ladder decks but I'm afraid these legendaries will come back in the future. Are any of those worth keeping?
All of these r decent legendaries, Taldaram finds a place in quite a few top decks and Tess and Face collector r interesting cards for Thief rogue archetype, which might not be super viable atm, but we still have 5 more expansions to go, before these cards rotate to Wild and they r very much playable already, i dont think the 1/4 of dust you get from it is worth it. And then there is the Quest, i think you can still DE it for full value due to a recent nerf, 100% do that if you are not playin the deck right now, you can always craft it later with no dust loss ;-)

At least in tournaments it serves the purpose of attempting to predict what people are going to bring to the tournament, with the class ban helping to draft most or all of the line-up you bring. However, tourny metas are not strictly the same as ladder metas so class bans have different effects on the game.
If you want a format where you never have bad match-ups go play against the UI.
Casual shouldn't be about winrates but about the playing experience. That's why I want a class ban in casual, as I've said in other threads.

Seems at least good for now if built around slightly, im pretty sure Wrenchcalibur is not going away for a while and expect one or two new weapons. Also always happy to see a new cute blood elf with nice art come along, looks very similar to the warrior season 8 arena set which was a very good one. Which is why it kinda bothers me they randomly put that little purple cloak on her back, because expansion theme color or something?

Im testing this girl out in aggro secret paladin that runs 8 secrets + 2x the new twinspell, plus 2x might and 2x kings, and 2x blessing of wisdom for draw. Obviously even then draw is still sometimes an issue, and the 2 acolytes im also running feel questionable, but she does make playing secrets out much much better lategame and you dont feel bad for not activating a spy or blade when on turn 9 you simply put like 11-14 worth of stats out along with secrets.

Just because 3 youtube 'personalities' spit out some random ideas about stuff dont mean it should be taken for gospel truth, lmao. All of twitch could call underbelly angler a 2 star card and i could not care less. Either now, or 3 weeks ago, i can recognize things that are good without being sponsored, running a podcast, and being multi top 200 legend.
If you want to get in depth with your shitty bit of cynicism masking as analysis however, something being worse then token druid does not dismiss it from being a legitimate deck with differing strengths and weaknesses.

Unless everyone is supposed to play crystallizer now there are in fact several classes with no/ average one drops, which is a slight issue. Quite a signifant number of good 2 drops have conditions attached to them as well, so its not quite as easy as just 'going for tempó' when all the murloc shaman/ zoolock cares about is smacking you, but not getting the shield/ card on your gargoyle or doctor just means you are still behind anyway, but also lost resources/ more health.
