Yeah; doesn't seem very balanced. You're basically getting a Sap, but it's far from free. Cards like Scarlet Crusader or Wolfrider have a Cost matching their Attack AND come with useful attributes like Divine Shield and Charge, respectively. This card, despite being epic, comes with no lasting attribute and requires a combo with 4 remaining mana crystals to get full benefit. Ugh.
How would I fix this card? Glad you asked! Just change the combo text to read "Remove a minion and place it in your hand." Now that would feel more like a kidnapping.

How I hate this sentence...

I'm sorry, control warrior = easy? I can't get it to work. Not only that, but who gives a fuck if it's easy? If you think its so simple, then you go ahead and play it. Once you ladder high enough, you'll start losing. Believe it or not, warrior is not invincible. He may be at your current rank, if played properly, but if you think that it's an easy win then go ahead and win with it.

what an awful, dumb post

I'm speechless.

Run Acidic Swamp Ooze or Harrison Jones

Top Priority for me; he works wonders. The Boom Bot cards always have a use, and he's a 7/7 to boot. AND HES NEUTRAL. He just works in so many decks, since his 7/7 body fits in with slow decks and the boom bots can play a role in mid-rush decks.

Keep him at mulligan.
He generally wins me games, he is incredible.
Has not gotten silenced once, I played him approximately 25 times so far. He does prompt any removal the opponent has left, but the idea is to play him when the game has dragged on to the point of removal becoming a tricky ordeal.
I usually wait until ~13 attack to play him, but I'm not above playing him at 4 attack if necessary (happened like once). I have gotten him to 32 attack before though.
Wait until the game drags on to the point where your other creatures were removed/they have a limited amount of cards in hand. Once in a while, a turn comes around when your opponent removes your board without being able to play a minion of their own. When that comes around (or anything remotely close to that) play him. HES 5 MANA. You probably have room to taunt him up if you want. He's soooooo good.
