I don't think Control warlocks HAVE to craft her, but I think she has a place in the deck. She is bad, but not useless against aggro and if you get her at the right time, she is okay as an additional clock to pressure non-warlock Combo and Control Decks. But where she really shines is against the Carnivorous Cube + Void Lord + N'Zoth + Gul'Dan Decks, especially if you yourself are running such a deck.
In one card it, gives you a lot of value and most of all, a proactive thing to do while all those Void Lords and Walkers do nothing against each other. A Proactive thing that offers an avenue of attack that by passes all those near infinite Taunts by putting your opponent into Fatigue ahead of you.
I would not necessarily craft her, but I would try to have some plan to overcome the infinite wall of Taunts that Control Warlocks can put up nowadays. And having some proactive plan for winning those games is propably a good idea. Like some silences for Rin and the Cubes with some threats that generate extra value like Ysera and/or Elise.
Since many Warlock decks seem to cut a Siphon and a Twisting Nether, Ysera might have a decent chance of actually sticking around for a couple of turns.
This item existing is not just a nice Flavour thing, referencing a very common Fantasy trope, but also a really neat Game Design choice. It ensures that even players that struggle a lot with the Final Bosses can eventually beat them by getting lucky and getting this.
Or by getting the "All minions cost a maximum of 5 mana" buff and a lot of top end minions.
This and the Void Lord are huge upgrades to Krul-Kazakus-Warlock and this is a huge boost to Normal Control Warlock. The one mana Draw a card is amazing in Zoo and the new Board Wipe is really good for Discard-Lock.
Warlock really made out like a bandit in this set. Every deck archetype Warlock has got a big boost.
A Control or Exodia deck could run these with Loot Hoarders, Thalnos, Dirty Rats and Doomsayers to thin the deck, control the board and draw some cards.
I scripted a simulation that went through all the possible combinations of cards that you can discover and always picked the highest cost.
I guess that is a scenario where you need to heal immediately or lose to Aggro or Freeze Mage or something.
I got the following numbers:
AVG cost of Paladin Spells:2.9310346 AVG life gained : 5.247558 Odds of getting 5+ life : 0.6520147 Odds of getting 6+ life : 0.3821734 Odds of getting 8+ life : 0.20634921 (Equivalent to hitting a three outer, incidentally.) Odds of getting a specific card : 0.10714286 (Like Anyfin for 10 life.) Number of choices made : 19656
Freedom of speech does not mean freedom from consequences or the freedom to hurt people.
Racism and other forms of abuse hurt people, we should take that more seriously.
There is no freedom of speech without the freedom to offend. I'm 100% with you that racism and other forms of abuse are hurtful and should be taken more seriously, but internet trolls will take whatever is the easiest way to get under someone's skin. If the easiest way is...well... the person's skin. Then they will. Do you know why people aren't that hateful against white for the color of their skin? It's because it's socially "okay" to hate white people. Saying things like "Kill All White People" isn't frowned upon. Therefore, trolls won't say it because it doesnt get under white people's skin, they're used to that shit already.
Here is what "not freedom from consequences" means. Free speech means that you cannot be stopped from making your slurs and your insults.
However, it does not mean that you cannot be punished for saying those things. That is why there are laws against hate speech and libel. If you want to insult, offend, incite or just argue for something, you are free to do so, but you have to be ready to face the consequences if you go against the norms and laws of the society you are in.
If you actually live in a place where hating white people is socially accepted (South Africa, Iran, North Korea?) maybe you should try to do something to change that instead of using that as an excuse to justify trolling and hate speech.
The racism will never end if we give up trying to end it.

Playing both Elise and Jaraxxus is a fine strategic decision if the meta has a lot of Priest and Control Warrior decks that are running Deathlords. Playing both end game plans gives you insurance from getting your win condition pulled out prematurely.
(Which reminds me, I want to test Deathlords in a traditional Handlock type deck.)

Fibonacci played a Combo/Control deck with Leroy + Inner Fire x2 + Don Han'Cho + Sudden Genesis OTK on his way to Legend.

The fact that he was in jail does not invalidate his points. Especially since his crime is not related to the matter at hand.

Just because they they should have taken a stand years ago, does not mean that now is too late to take action or that they should not.

Both your decks would be improved with Gadgetzan Auctioneers and more 1 and 0 cost Spells
