Ehh, I don't think that it will be that good. Fun, but not good.

I think you're wrong, lots of cards that have effects have less stats so you can get off a battlecry then change it to another minion with better stats or even a deathrattle minion. At worst it can heal your board to full and usually make the minions stronger.

5 mana for 3 cards with a combined 6/6 worth of stats seems pretty good for a token druid.

the card is good starts wise but that C'Thun stuff i dont like ,C'Thun decks wont be a thing no matter how  much they want it to be

You're wrong, C'thun's effect is crazy powerful and the minions that give him more power are good on their own.

posted a message on How much revenue is Blizzard losing with the WOG late release?

They should have known players would get bored with the length of time between announcement and release (they actually said they wanted to avoid things like that) especially knowing the format changes and a whole bunch of new cards are coming along with nerfs to classic cards.

Imp-losion summons minions, you don't play them from your hand, so no.

Forbidden Shaping is great because priest lost Shadowboxer and Shrinkmeister as their 2 drop minions.

Herald Volazj is underrated by so many people that don't play priest that it's hilarious. It's a gimmick, but priest is the class that turns gimmicks into competitive strategies. Think of Auchenai Soulpriest and Circle of Healing. One of the strongest board clears on turn 4 that works so well that everyone forgot it was even a gimmick.

Volazj is pretty much the most fitting legendary that priest could get. Think of all the synergies. Silence on a 1/1 Injured Blademaster turns it into a 4/7, or any other card with good stats like Eerie Statue. It's a shame that Wailing Soul is rotating out, because it was so close to seeing play.

I don't know man, Amaz gave Volazj a pretty terrible rating. And you can't argue about his knowledge of the class, so...
Amaz, just like all the other reviewers has been wrong plenty of times before. Because he likes Priest so much he wants the obviously broken priest cards. Herald Volazj looks underrated to me, it's one of those cards that is hard to figure out the power of before you can use it.
Herald Volazj is probably the most interesting card so far for me.

I hope that if the rumors are true the Old God cards are given the Beyond Legendary treatment with special card art and rarity (only one Old God allowed in each deck).

    Quote from Thandbar >>

I'm not sure about Duelyst. I love the art and the positioning on the board. The races are very interesting, too.

But I really feel that Duelyst is even more grindy than Hearthstone because you are kind of forced to complete 2 quests per day. Totally sad when you have no decent cards and the opponent has stuff like Third Wish - which he will reliably get when he needs it. Most people think that the card draw mechanic of Duelyst is superior, but I found it a little bit problematic that it is so easy to play your overpowered cards on curve.

Teching into card draw seems pointless because you draw so much anyways. Duelyst's draw and replace mechanic leads to more consistent decks. The drawback to me is that this leads to more matches that all feel the same.

I think they are pretty generous with gold and packs toward new F2P players. I had like 10 packs in the first few days playing only a few hours a day. Just complete the tutorials, level classes to 11 and rank up/win matches on ladder and you will get gold/packs.

Started playing a few days ago hit silver division pretty easily and completed a lot of the challenges, it's pretty fun to play alongside Hearthstone, they are very similar and I have grown to love the art and music in the game. Can't wait to try out their arena/gauntlet to test out some cards I don't have yet.

posted a message on New Card - Curse of Rafaam

Just imagine a new version of drain life that deals damage to them while also healing you each turn or a 4-5 mana curse card that gives them a card that has a low mana cost for them to get rid of (1-2) but summons a random demon for you when played.

Here are some other ideas for curse card effects:

    1. 2 mana Curse of weakness:  5 mana, reduces the attack of adjacent minions in hand when they are played by 1.
    2. 5 mana Unstable Affliction:  2 mana, 0-2 damage to your hero each turn while in hand, deals 3 damage to your hero when played.
    3. 9 mana Curse of Mal'Ganis: 3 mana, All your opponent's demons have +2/+2 while in your hand, return this card to your hand at the start of your next turn.
    4. 3 mana Seed of Corruption: 0 mana deals 1 damage each turn while in hand, deals 2 damage to all your minions when played.

Lots of cool things they could do with it.

They should've given Warlock some more Discard cards so that archetypes sees more play, rather then these kind of cards.

Don't agree at all, Warlocks should be about damage over time too and these types of cards should have been a thing long ago and they should add more like this for the next expansion so people can really get that affliction feel.
