I have had to play my fair share of gold farmers. Its definitely not fun playing vs gold farmers. Not to mention that it is annoying and sometimes I have a hard time defeating them. They are not always a easy win as some seem to think they are. The hits keep coming from them and for the most part don't stop. I have found that its even harder to win vs them when I pick a deck that cannot keep up with them. If I am going to lose I would much rather lose to a real person that plays a non basic deck.
I am not aware of any rule that says you must play a fun deck if challenged. This person does want to give you gold so take it, don't get so caught up in the if a part of the challenge was rude or not. This person could have legitimate reasons why he or she is not responding to your attempts at communication. I would say just don't let it bother you and if you find that its more than you can take then consider removing them as a friend. There are some not so friendly people irl (and possibly some in hs) but since you have 100+ friends I am sure you can find someone else that will play with you. Don't overthink this, just keep it moving I am sure you have better things to do with your time.
10 months in and 2 expansions released and I feel like I have done almost everything. I am kind of bored with what is available to me. The solo content for frozen throne and k & c (dungeon run) and witchwood (monster hunt) and rastakhan's rumble are all too difficult for me to complete, even after making many, many attempts to complete all of them. Every month its the same quests. I have attempted the arena more than once but I have found that I am not very good at it. I find the brawls to be both frustrating and different but I am not sure if the level of fun they offer warrants multiple wins. I find myself wanting to build different decks but the downside to playing different decks (going against the meta) is you will suffer many losses, that is unfortunate but it is what it is and only time will change it. I have made it to rank 20 on the ladder and trust me I am not bragging I know that is common for lots of folks to get at least that far. For the most part I have given up on getting wins and focusing only on completing quests. I have spent a fairly substantial amount of money on the game on card packs and still have nowhere near every card. Where I am going with this is that it would be somewhat easy for me to walk away from the game right now. I think I can hold out until April and I might be rewarded for my patience. What could be done to get me to come back? I am not sure.
Respect. I like what you have here. I am working on something that looks sort of like this. One possible suggestion, wild pyromancer.
That's a 2 drop AND I have absolutely no reason to have that card. This isnt a cheap spell deck.
No need to get upset, it was just a suggestion. You do play spells in the deck, cheap or not they are spells. The reason I mentioned it was because in your picture you have lots of 1/1's including hakkar and hadronox, pyromancer would be a way to get rid of them. I will not reply on anymore of your posts.
I am glad everyone is having such a wonderful brawl, except for me. I went 0-5 losing to pally three times, mage once and warrior once. I tried a variety of combatants before I got my first win with the mage. Pally, warrior, mage and druid are op. Glad to have the win and finished the with the quest, not going to give it another go.
I don't think it's a good idea. You already have Divine Spirit and Inner Fire / Topsy Turvy in the deck and the last thing you want is to resurrect Lady in White, you don't want to pollute your rez pool with anything other than big minions if you can help it. With that in mind also be careful using Shadow Madness if you use it to trade as that will also be another duff minion in your rez pool
Plus if you were to rez the lady you would not get the battlecry. Also you would mess with master oakheart. you could not pull any of the cards you normally would with him. Your mosh ogg would be a 14/14 instead of a oakheart target. Don't get me wrong, I like 14/14's just as much as the next guy but you would have to find a replacement for oakheart.
I made this deck yesterday and even thought its early I am having some success with it. I did have to replace LK with tortollan shellraiser. I think its a good add, its another target for master oakheart, get it in the resummon pool its a decent taunt and it gives a bonus to other taunt minions when it leaves. It can mess with other priests that want to gain control of a minion with power 2 or less, even if the minion that gets the bonus is random its still worth a shot.
I just played a hunter that used lots of taunts, that game was fun on a bun. I used topsy on his mosh ogg, took out a couple of my own minions but it added minions to my rez pool and cleared the way to victory!
Wowhobbs is who I watch most of the time. I like the fact that he is brewing his own decks and he seems like he is a fairly average player and a regular guy and that is something I can relate to. Thijis is a good player, I watch him sometimes. I watch Kibler but I don't like his classical music, I am tired of hearthstone music as well so I cant win. Also he seems like he has a high and mighty personality and I am not really into that. I guess I understand he had success in Magic and now also in hearthstone so maybe there is a reason for it. He does seem to take the game not too seriously so that's good, having a sense of humor is kind of required in this game. I do like me some toast every once in a while. Kripp is good for a laugh and to see how arena works, something that I am terrible at.
Shieldbreaker is another way to deal with it. These posts feels bad man. I just built wall priest and now I am looking at all the ways I am going to be set on fire and then die in a hole. Maybe I should build something else.

With so many little, cheap creatures on board at the same time would you not consider using the storm bringer or a cauldron?
Edit: ok I just read the budget part of the description.

After reading some of these posts I have found myself not as geeked up about April as I once was. Better start saving gold now if you haven't already.

I hate to admit it but I was just dealt 128 dmg. Of course I faced a deck that was without baku but same difference.
