I don't really see it as particularly useful in grim patron, but in the rare warrior aggro decks I can definitely see it being effective, much as cards like darkbomb or quickshot are.
This is -really- good. Control warrior is going to absolutely love it. It might be tough to cut a card from the list, though. It'll be interesting to see how it compares to shield block in control warrior. Will the early kill spell outweigh the draw power and two extra armour? It also gives control warrior a way of bypassing taunts more easily. (since nobody uses mortal strike)
I don't think this has enough control to be able to last long enough, but I really, really like the idea. Instead of so much card draw, I think you'd be better off with things like fiery war axe and death's bite in order to actually get yourself to the late game. You need lots of time to get your frost giants down in cost anyway.
3/4 body for 3 is great, and while the battlecry is fair on both sides, the RNG factor will probably prevent this from seeing too much play. RNG favours the weaker player, and so I don't think most skilled players will be using this, at least not seriously. It will, however, be an extremely fun card, and may see play because of that. It might also see play alongside spell synergy cards like flamewaker or antispell cards like counterspell and spellbender.
As a mostly mage player, I'll definitely be giving this card a try. A 6/6 for 6 is pretty nice already, and it's got an ability that is absolutely great if it can survive a turn to make good use of it. It also combos well with fallen hero, which will basically be a 2x auto in every mage deck ever.
This is a fantastic newbie card. For some reason, other than force tank max, we haven't gotten any BIG commons, or even many big rares for newbies to play. Sure, it's outshone by pretty much every high mana legendary, but newbies won't have any of those yet.

I think we're going to be seeing a lot of this card, in a wide variety of classes.
