Hi there, first of all i would recommend you to use www.hearthcards.net for creating cards. I bet ur using that old site, which makes the card text look horrible. Hearthcards is what we all use, cause the cards look great, like real cards (or as close as possible) :)

Overall, the idea seems ok. One thing - tho it might be my personal strife - i dont like when cards have a watermark of a set that is older than a first set where the mechanic you are using has been introduced. In this case, Legendary spells were introduced with Boomsday, so it feels weird to have this be a TGT card. I understand why it is, cause of the flavor, but legendary spells were not a thing back then. I guess its not a big deal, just something i felt like mentioning, if you wanted to go the extra mile. But i guess you would have to change the art+name, cause it would not fit into Boomsday, so a simple watermark change would be probably even worse than leaving it as it is, if you dont want to redesign the card to fit the Boomsday expansion.

PS: also it is better to post images via "Insert/edit image" function in the text editor, especially when you submit your card. Most ppl dont look at images that r only as an attachment. Use sites like imgur to host your image and upload it from there ;-)

When discovering the cards you have to think about wether you want the most useful minion or pick the one with the best card text. The card texts Rafaam gains count as buffs so he doesn't keep them if you return him to your hand or deck. Because of this, discovering battlecry minions will not have any effect on Rafaam (but you still gain the battlecry minion ofcourse).

Graphically, the targeted minion's gem would go to the player's hand and the minion would lose its text. The player would receive a card with the power, with the cost of the targeted minion. For example, played on Cairne Bloodhoof:
