posted a message on What is the most annoying deck on ladder?

The most annoying decks are the ones I lose to. Obviously anything that beats me is ridiculously OP and should be nerfed into the ground because the game is so unbalanced.

Screw Blizz-tard, I hate Shamans, this game requires no skill... I'm not salty but seriously read my essay on why I think card xyz is so incredibly broken. Team 5 are clueless. I want 5 v 5 multiplayer games dammit!!!

posted a message on Got Tirion in a pack, would like to use him.

There's an interesting combination of Anyfin and N'Zoth that's been doing OK lately - that's what I'd go with. But you have Tirion now so just add 29 other cards and you should do pretty well :)

posted a message on I strongly believe that the community opinions are ignored.

This is a dumb thread. Blizzard will make the choices that they feel are in the game's best interest for longevity and profitability - and I agree with pretty much everything they've done since I started playing. Don't forget that without the community there is no game so it's beyond stupid to think they will totally ignore the players. They consulted a number of top players before deciding that formats were the route to go and everyone wanted standard

The meta is the best it's ever been and the recent nerfs really did help ito balance. Before the nerfs and formats there was a group of really OP cards and then everything else. Now there are stronger cards for sure but we thankfully have more than one option for a 4 drop etc

2 v 2 is a feature many people, including myself, would see as ridiculous and totally unnecessary.

Adventures are cool but would you rather have more or fewer new cards each year? I know my answer. With two expansions we will get more cards.

Re heroes - portraits are cool but totally unnecessary at the same time. I'm fine with the stock nine and am just as happy smacking Thrall or Morgle in the face. It doesn't matter.

I don't get all the Blizzard hate... If it bothers you so much go find something else to play.

If any game developer listened to everything their community suggested they'd wind up with a turd that nobody plays anymore.

posted a message on What is your Top 5 favorite card and why?

    In no particular order:

Malygos - just awesome. The world would be a better place with more Maly decks

Fandral Staghelm - in Token Druid, Fandral = love

Equality - insanely strong, reminds me of Balance from MtG

Emperor Thaurissan - this guy is going to be sorely missed when he rotates out of standard. One of the most powerful minions in the game.

Innervate - one of the strongest cards in the game. New gold animation looks sweet.

posted a message on Why some pro player never win the tourney?

Not everyone can win - same with other sports. There are thousands of pro's of all sports who have never 'won' anything - league, trophy etc, HS is no different.

posted a message on Respect your opponent, give him a proper death.

I prefer to just end things quickly. If I need to do one damage, I do one damage, even if I can do 50. There's no point in drawing it out - and most people usually just concede when their opponent is vomiting cards before lethal.

Imo, playing unnecessary stuff before ending the game is BM. Game's over, you won - great. Move on and don't act like an ass.

posted a message on What is your opinion Worgen Warrior?

I think it's a really interesting deck and quite a difficult one to play well. There's a lot more to it than just drawing for the combo pieces - it has a lot of outs and sometimes you have to give up one of the valuable pieces just to buy yourself a turn or two.

I like it tho... It's quite freeze Mage-ish

posted a message on What to do with 3535 dust?

With 3500 dust you can probably craft a decent zoo and mid range Hunter. That's what I would suggest, two pretty strong decks that will help you learn very different play styles. Go with the basics first and then craft any legendaries or epics if you have dust left over. you can build both options pretty well without any legendaries and only a few epics.

Or save up a little more and blow it all on a golden legendary...

posted a message on Recommended deck against warrior?
    Quote from riskywhat >>

I've been playing token Druid all season and I find its actually really good against C'Thun and control warrior - the trick is just being patient and finding the balance of playing threats without over committing on board. Token is actually quite a reactive deck but it's really flexible.

Even if the game goes into fatigue, token has a great chance. I've beaten a warrior down from full health with over 30 armor before. Zoo and mid range Shaman are what I struggle against most.

Maybe I just need to adjust the deck a bit then. It's TonyBanger's deck with a couple of minor changes. Any suggestions on what could be changed?
On mobile so can't check the list... I run 2x Nourish, 1x Druid of the Claw, 1x Mulch, 1x Savage Roar, 1x Feral Rage l, no Ancient of War, no Emperor, no Onixia, no Wisps and the rest is pretty standard stuff incl Fandral, the usual ramp and choose one cards. And Yogg.
I'm also testing a version with Illidan but only a few games in so far so won't comment. He's like another Violet Teacher which is one of the main threats in the deck.
Anyway, I would just keep at it - it's an awesome deck.

posted a message on Is Yogg-Saron worth crafting?

He's worth crafting. While he is no win condition, in some situations he can completely turn the game in your favor. Or he can ruin you - but usually things were already pretty hopeless.

Never play lay yogg when you're winning - but as a last resort he's pretty awesome

posted a message on Crafting golden cards in Standard

I'm quite divided on gold cards. Some are really cool and others, I feel, aren't worth it.

About a month before the rotation announcement I crafted a ton of gold cards - P Shredders, Belchers, Knife Jugglers, Dr Boom, Emperor T, Nerubian Eggs etc and I was super happy with those.

Now, I'm obviously more cautious. There are some staples from Classic that are great to have in gold - Acolyte of Pain, Azure Drake, Sylvannas, Tirion etc and I have those but I won't craft anything unless it's absolutely essential.

I'm not a fan of all golden decks so I'm not going to bother trying to complete one. I prefer a mix of normal and gold but if a deck runs two of something then I won't put in one gold and one normal - both have to be the same

posted a message on How many months of game play does it take to get to "Legend"?

Your question is like asking 'how long is a piece of string?'

It depends entirely on how much time you put into the game and how well you play.
