Under 100 HP he flooded the board with 10/10's and I insta lost all my heroes one turn each due to the damage and no AOE to remove them, such bullshit
Elise has Adarah. Save Elise until then. I literally swapped to Elise, added Adarah, immediately drew Adarah, gg.

btw: kee up the good job. I think many here were disappointed when hearthpwn changed ownership and theymoved to outofcards, and I wanted to do the same. But the mostly good content you create makes it easier for me (and probably others) that this restructuring happened.
Missing flux less with every post. (he will probably always be missed, though ;)).Long story short: keep up the good work, I think you do a great job for a community that has unusually high expectations right now!

Soulbattle posted a message on Hearthstone Update - Tombs of Terror - September 10thPosted in: NewsThis is them staying consistant, as this is a mechantics change, not a card nerf. In September 2018, they changed the way hand transformation and duplicating cards worked, yet didn't offer a dust refund for every hand interaction, or every card that created a copy of another card, dispite the fact that a lot of them got worse after the nerf. If you follow the logic that a mechantics change should offer a refund for all effected cards, then every Battlecry and Deathrattle minion should have had a full refund when they changed the order that they triggered a few years ago, and Nozdormu should have had a dust refund when they added the between turns timer, which did infact, kill the deck that was built around the overtime interaction. Should bug fixes that make cards worse offer dust refunds? When they nerfed Saronite Chain Gang, that killed the Shudderwock deck, so should they have offered a full dust refund for that? I mean people crafted Shudderwock for that deck, that's a bit of a rip off. What about Grumble? He hasn't seen play in any other deck.
In this case, lets be real, not every card in effected by this. Sure Frightened Flunky has been nerfed, but Worthy Expedition hasn't, neither has Secret Plan, Sinister Deal, Magic Trick, Cloning Device or Arch-Thief Rafaam. Offering a dust refund for all discover cards would cover cards that are in no way effected.
So what about just offering a refund to cards that were effected? When that has it's own problems. A card like Griftah has never seen play, yet it has techinically been nerfed, so Blizzard would be giving a full dust refund to a card that never saw play. What about Light in the Darkness? Explore Ungoro? Gurubashi Hypemon? Where would Blizzard draw the line, and where could they without unsetting some part of the playerbase?

Yeah, but that's still much better than encounter at the crossroads without the wishes.
There's actually a TON of skill involved with playing wishes. Providing nobody actually get a good deck.

Finally a brawl where I can get my Shaman mastery quest done, every win is either a Bloodlust cheese or a mega windfury cheese, it's kind if hilarious if you can not feel bad for the people you get down from 20+ to 0 out of nowhere in one turn.

3 wishes.
The first 2 shuffle an additonal one into your deck.

Wish at turn 8-10 when your oponnent has minions, especially big ones = Twisting Nether
How does that not count as "saving you?"

I'm calling it now - either Divine Spirit or, more likely, Inner Fire will either be nerfed or moved to HoF and will plummet Priest back into obscurity. You can't call a game decided by turn 4 with a 16/16 creature on board interactive with a straight face.
I'm not thinking about High Priest Amet or Psychopomp because they are not the problem, what limits the desgin space are those 2 cards, basic and classic.
Something is deeply wrong with a class that has only ever had 2 states - Either Oppressive and incredibly not fun to play against or unplayable. The few months of Dragon Priest are the only excpetion where priest had a competitive deck that was not cancer.

No Rogue either

1) Right, you obtained, what? 35-40 cards, at best 10 of them you could play with for 2,800 gold? Cards you coudln't disenchant, but on the other hand coudln't even create if you wanted them without gaining a lot of unplayable cards along with them? Not to mention some of these cards were neutrals that were played in practically every deck, like Loatheb. I fail to see how paying the same amount of either gold or money for less content, less cards that some of them you HAD to have and couldn't get any other way is an advantage.
2) I don't know how to argue with something so factually incorrect. They specifically said the wings can be bought with in game gold, and the same cost as every adventure since the game came out, except the free ones.
3) So you're actually complaining there are now 3 expansions and 3 advetures per year instead of 2 expansions and 1 adventure? Can't argue with that either, as I always prefer less content and fun in my games as well. Also less cards in my card games, that goes without saying.
2
That's it, you broke me, I can't go through this trying to explain to people that they don't have to pay anything, not even in game gold that is so easily stockpiled, if something is offered to them. I've been doing it practically every bundle, every PvE content, ecery expansion, but people refuse to accept it.
I'm just glad other people are still saying this.Maybe I'll cruise around and upvote them instead, it takes less effort.

Adevntures in the past cost money or gold, offered WAY less content and not only NO PACKS, but actual staple cards you couldn't get any other way (not packs, no crafting) so you practically HAD to buy them. The fact you got used to not paying anything for single player only means Blizzard spoiled you.
Don't like single player? You can not buy this and you lose nothing, as I'm sure a lot of people will do. Or, if you're even the most casual of players, like me, which does hardly anything other than completing quests diligently, you should still have enough gold for both packs and adventures.

2,800 gold. Actually reading posts is a valuable skill.
It seems like it would be less vast than the former adventure, but I actually completed 3 chapters of the old one with every character in anomaly mode before SoU came out, which took hours over hours, so I doubt I'll find myself thinking "this is not enough content".
