Spirit claws is a mandatory, core card in this deck. I'd say if you don't have Karazhan, you should really look into some other aggro shaman variants that don't run spell damage, because this deck is all about securing the board early and pushing for lethal before turn 10 - a 1 mana 3/3 is the best way to go about that win condition.
Thanks for the deck; helped me complete a Priest daily and I had to play brawl since I don't play priest. Didn't have a Lightbomb so I subbed in a Mind Control Tech and it worked great against the mainly flood decks I faced.
After a few dozen games, I like cutting the teachers as well. They just don't really fit in the deck; I find them sitting dead in my hand most turns, mainly because it's too awkward to play them around the same mana curve as Summoning Stone; when you think about it, if every spell you cast is free, Violet Teacher an almost strictly worse version of Summoning Stone -- outside of its 3 attack and the possibility of a Doomsayer or Explosive Sheep.
There really is none. The entire deck is built around maintaining a high board presence to get sea giants out and reliquary seeker. If you don't have sea giants you would probably fare much better with Renolock.

I threw Sylvanas in there because I don't own Tirion, basically. You could more or less replace her with Sludge Belcher, for what it's worth.
