That (Casual vs Ranked) is a totally different topic, but there are a ton of possible reasons/replies...
a) There is no fundamental difference between a netdeck and any other deck. Any good deck will end up being a "netdeck". What about seeing a deck online you like and then taking that idea and refining it yourself? I don't pretend to get many "new" deck ideas, but I do get inspired by what I see online and like to refine it to my liking. Most of my "new" ideas fail when being battle tested. Some rare have a degree of success, and it feels awesome :)
b) "Netdecking" is just a process of creating a deck, and has no relevance to deck strength. There are meme netdecks, and why not play them in casual?
c) That said, deck strength has no relevance to where it should or shouldn't be played.
d) Personal observation/viewpoint: Casual for me is a mode where I play when I want exactly that - a casual game. It means I'm either doing quests (not going to do that in ranked), or my private environment/conditions mean I don't want to play a ranked game (e.g. unstable connection, unreliable time frame, chance to be interrupted). Playing Casual will not affect my deck choice, it will be a consequence of my RL circumstances.
e) If homebrewing, I tend to take the deck straight to ladder. It's a better place to test if it works (however, due to the nature of ladder, I will probably do that on the 5-10-15 steps and use a reliable deck I have experience with to climb between the levels).
Hopefully this sheds some light on a different approach to the game. I see a lot of frustration that comes from how people perceive Casual mode should be used, while not understanding that others may see it differently with valid reasoning. Not everyone playing a powerful deck in casual is there to farm on weak decks.

Yeah, Shaman in general is busted. I can't wait for the nerf, curious to see how they are going to do it. But I do hope they are not skimpy on the dust, even if they have to HoF something or nerf it into the ground.

Prepare for outcry if Tyrande isn't free.

I think it's definitely playable, especially in slower decks. Either you play it early and luck out on a 2 mana 3/6 taunt, or you will eventually trigger it, giving you a nice little tempo boost, especially if you have time out in your deck.

I suggest you read a little bit about statistics and such, and then do the math with your pack opening, see if your sample size is large enough, and then post your results with your capslock disabled.

I am not sure, haven't played a lot yet, but I think I'll stick with ranked for the most part. Battlegrounds seems to be even more RNG, if you get good minions offered you win, otherwise you get destroyed. I know there is some strategic decisions, but as of now it is little more than a glorified Mass Hysteria simulator to me.

It certainly is interesting. Really depends on how easy it is to take and heal 15 damage, so far there's no new healing. But the hero power certainly is worth the effort, nice synergy with Amet. Don't know how good it's going to be, but for sure I'm going to enjoy playing with it for a while.

I voted bad. I think the card is to expensive, too conditional and to weakly statted to see play. Sure, a full board of big minions sounds tempting, but how is anyone reliably going to be able to survive until turn 10 with enough big spells and this guy in hand to even play it? Not to mention the inevitable boardclear the turn after. Filler legendary and Conjurer's calling nerf, IMO.

Giving out free stuff for said dice roll simulator is hardly forcing anyone to do anything.
And I am wondering what you are even doing here? Apparently you don't like the game, but still you comment on them giving out stuff because the minuscule requirement of having a background tab open in your browser is too much for you?
And then people wonder why the world is going to sh*t. SMH.

They have some issues apparently, but the latest info I have is that they are going to roll out the update for mobile on 6/4 at 9:00 am PDT.
