Hm, the more I think about this the more I kinda think it might be okay. In aggro match ups your deck count isn't relevant, and in control match ups, you're typically only going to destroy a few minions, and maybe not even destroy them because minions tend to be taller.
I think it's probably too complicated, and there's too much of a psychological effect of "I'm destroying my own cards!!" to really use it. But I think there's potential.
Kind of a cool card. Basically a big board clear thats more effective at clearing tall boards rather than clearing wide zoo boards. Play this in the mid-late game then finish off big threats with mortal coils and school spirits.
Probably better to just run twisting nether but the card does have a use.
Though in aggro match ups you can also kinda just win the game. Your deck count isn't relevant there.
I think the requirement is going to be very hard to pull off (jan'alai didn't see much play for that reason). But what a pay off. I'll definitely try this out.
I find this deck applies a lot of pressure and does very well against other aggro decks & tempo decks. Neither has the tools to keep board control if you get a good curve going. Control decks (mainly Warlock and Priest) are rough, though. So are decks with big mid-game burst or any deck with a transform effect.
Hunter and Demon Hunter (both combo and aggro) are easy match ups in my experience.
Fiery War Axe would still be really good as a 3/2 weapon for 2 mana. It's honestly a card they should have just replaced with something else. Blood Razor or Death's Bite probably.
Azure Drake would still be a good card. Better than Big Ol' Whelp anyway. I dunno if this is the meta for Azure Drake, but it would still be one of the best generic 5 drops in the game.

Iron hide was bad in warrior. Health gain in rogue when you need health gain is almost invaluable.

Seems ok for an early aoe. After turn 5 this seems really good. But its really underwhelming before then.

...how can they steal something that they had first?

Apparently this guy was an Orc Shaman. Though his Cataclysm fight he uses nothing but shaman spells, but in classic he only used fire mage spells.
So... weird... flavour decision here, Blizzard. Not that it really matters.

Res it with what?
I imagine this will actually synergize kinda nicely with Idol of Y'Shaarj in priest. Play this, if they clear it, follow up with Idol.
Mage too, I think has a lot of use for this. Pull carnival and activate it (because this is an elemental). You have a good refill if they clear.

Shaman has weapon and token synergies. What do you mean?
I'm not sure what the heck this is.

Druid (and Hunter weirdly) is really the only class that has worthwhile 9-10 mana spells right now.
Warlock, Mage, and Priest all have decent 7-8 cost spells. But the 8 cost pool is kinda iffy these days.

Isn't Kazakus a Zandalari troll...?
Anyway, that doesn't particularly look distinctly like Kazakus's belt, but I assume the first card revealed will PROBABLY be something cool.

I can't even believe how much broken stuff paladin has. And none of it is rotating. Yahoo.

Shaman has lots of card generation mainly.
But honestly, outside of Mage, Rogue and Demon Hunter most of the classes' card draw is pretty on par.
