I’m so glad this card is actually being played and pulled off. Mainly because it was instantly dismissed as unplayable.

To be Fair it was announced before Galvanizer, which created allot more potential for it.

I like this card, if I get this in a pack I'll have to try to get it to work. I really hope I don't get it in a pack as I have bad memories of trying to get Blood of The Ancient One to go off and I don't think this will be any easier.  Honestly I think the best chance to get it to go maybe Hemet, Jungle Hunter + Cataclysm with every other card in the deck being less then 3 mana. Then you just have to hope that your opponent has no removal. That is assuming of course that you are able to live long enough to both draw and play a 10 mana card.

Well, Kibler usually makes things look better than they already are

I've encountered like 4 Spell Hunters so far and managed to beat all but one of them (I was playing Togwaggle Meme Warrior, so it doesn't really count)

The deck has quite a strong opening but what it really lacks is the ability to successfully play defense. It works well against decks with a slow opening or ramp because Hunter secrets are very hard to properly value trade against and the hero power pressure is pretty strong, but midgame the deck just seems to fall short in terms of value.

I'Ve beaten 2 of them on ladder with Midrange Hunter (using a couple of the new beasts) and although I was kinda lagging behind in the early game I quickly took the board after playing stuff like Rhino and Highmane (which is something they don't really have the tools to deal with)

I'm not saying it's a terrible deck, but it probably won't end up as a meta deck. Would compare it to Quest Discardlock. Fun when it works, but you need a bunch of luck for it to work

Its a bit better than Quest Discard lock I think, I climbed from rank 15 -10 with it last night and it seemed quite a bit more likely to succeed than quest Discard lock ever was. That being said, once the meta stabilizes some more I doubt it will be considered competitive. I lost only 3 games during that climb, twice to quest priest and once to jade druid.... That being said it was fun to play.

That is the plot of every expansion though. Isn't it?
