@WanYao why are you feeling so offended and so rude? So , what do you want a deck to replace to not to be "Identical" ? 30 Neutral Minions? A small group of cards makes a completely different deck. Ineffective ? Incorrect. Probably you gotta need more skills to play this deck. Why there are plenty of people getting good win rates and reach Legend with this deck here? But why not you ? Go back and think properly before you come here and write your "wow this deck same as the famous player ones and this deck suck cuz i lost alot"
and also.. Combo-dependent ? I lost both Velen and Malygos (death due to shield slam and execute) against a warrior without using a single spell with them . I haven't drew a single Mind Blast too. And guess what? I still win the game altho he is stacking ton loads of armor. Scroll up and read what the author wrote. Can't read? here. "if you do not draw into your finishers, you still have options"

I think this all depends on play style. This is by far the BEST priest deck I have used. I am a casual ladder climber, and went probably 13 or 15-0 before losing to a warrior. I started at rank 20... had some trouble around rank 16, but now am at rank 12 and must be well over 60% win rate.
This deck is insanely good if you play it right. Keep board presence with all of your minions and keep healing up...throw down your belchers when you can, and keep your Auchenai's and Circles to take out 3 or 4 minions.
Start playing your big guys now - they will all be removed. Make sure to hang on to Velen. By the end, you should still be alive, and your opponent should be at around 20 life (or lower). Drop Velen, play Mind Blast and a Holy Smite. They are at 6 life at this point (or lower)...if you've got any other minions out, it's game over.
I swapped Malygos for Voljin, which has been awesome for me. However, running Malygos might be even better...maybe I'm missing out.

Me too. I'm getting tired of getting dominated as a Priest...still my favorite class though!

I built this deck this morning before work and went 0-4. I think my problem is that I'm so used to the normal priest build that I'm not being aggressive enough. I'm still fairly new to the game, and have peaked at rank 11 mostly using your run-of-the-mill PrI eat deck, as well as a Gazlowe themed Priest deck.
i'll definitely give it 20 more games or so, but I can see the potential this deck has...can't wait to figure it out.

This deck is greatness. It's fun to play with for sure...I feel like it could use some tweaking, but not sure what can be done. It is REALLY easy to mulligan into an even worse hand...a few times I've survived to come back and win, but it can be really frustrating to have to pass 4 or 5 times before being able to drop a mancer or blademaster turn 5...
Still, this is my go-to deck for this ladder. I've never been above rank 11 (only been playing for a season and a half), so maybe the Gazlowe deck will take me further.
