Even if you don't get a chance to discount Faceless Manipulator, if you have both copies of Preparation you can usually just discount the Southsea Deckhand instead and go for the alternate route of Prep -> Vanish -> 0 mana Deckhand -> Prep -> triple Cold Blood -> Faceless, for the 29 damage combo.
I noticed that it's hard to snowball the early game with the past version. So I added Brhinotv's suggested "Unidentified Elixir" to help make better trades and develop bigger threats. You will notice I made a bunch of other changes too.
I believe you should focus primarily on board control with this strategy. Then go for damage with Alex + mindblasts in the lategame.
This combo only does 16 damage right? And it requires the opponent to have a minion on board with 3 or less attack. Correct me if I'm wrong, of course.
Dinosize is more flexible than Blessed Champion. But getting 4 combo pieces is not as hard as you might think, since Paladin board clears with equality + pyro/consecration, and big value plays with Tarim. Usually setting up the combo is just a stalling game until you draw into the cards you need.
You overlooked an OTK combo setup that works in 1 turn (with a little RNG luck from "Adaptation"):
Adaptation: Windfury + Blessing of Might + Blessing of Might + Blessed Champion (4 cards, 8 mana total). Works with Worgen Infiltrator for 32 damage and also works with any 2 attack charger for 32 damage.
This card enables a lot of (RNG-dependent) burst damage:
Adaptation: Windfury (1 mana) + Blessing of Might (1 mana) + Blessing of Might (1 mana) + Blessed Champion (5 mana) = + 12 attack and windfury for 8 mana. If you play a 2 attack charger, that's 16 attack charger with windfury (32 damage).

Yeah hand size management is a big part of piloting this deck. Honestly, it's hard but rewarding.

My last two games with it were against Baku Rogue and Even Lock. Won both of them. It's definitely got surprise factor!

Most of the cards in the budget list are playable in other Priest archetypes. So you didn't waste much dust.

Probably the grandest Maly Rogue deck on the market. But this loses to Quest Warrior because Die, Insect! can hit stealth...

Probably (1X) Holy Nova and (1X) Holy Fire are good cuts to make room.
