NOTE: You can discount a Faceless Manipulator by playing it onto an empty board and Shadowstepping it. If you sense that the board will never be empty, you can discount the Southsea Deckhand to free up some extra hand space OR empty the board with Preparation + Vanish then go Faceless Manipulator + Shadowstep on the same turn.

After having cleared the above prerequisite, you can play Southsea Deckhand + Preparation + Cold Blood + Cold Blood + Faceless Manipulator + Faceless Manipulator (second copy created with Valeera the Hollow) for 30 (31 if you count dagger) damage.

GET PAST TAUNTS: With a lot of setup, you can get past taunts with this card combination:

Preparation + Vanish + Southsea Deckhand + triple Cold Blood (possible with Valeera the Hollow) + discounted Faceless Manipulator (29 damage combo counting dagger).

Best cards to get in the mulligan are Backstab, Razorpetal Lasher, Blink Fox, Bloodmage Thalnos, and Wild Pyromancer.

Final thoughts: Thanks to the echo-like effect that you get from the Death Knight, there are a lot of possible ways to combine damage in your hand for the finisher, either by using a second copy of Faceless Manipulator or a second/third copy of Cold Blood. Mimic Pod can give you more flexible options too. Stay awake and don't miss lethal!
