Well if you go against the 2 other most seen quests in my ladder experience which are rogue and warrior, it is possible to steal and achieve the quests with some luck on the class card s from your death rattles, not always going to happen but possible but my intent was to steal the actual reward from your opponent which happens alot more often. If you can keep the mind vision in hand until they get the complete quest you will have most of the time a reasonable change to steal that quest reward. Iv had several games against both where I have stolen the rogue spell or warrior weapon of they go all in to complete it they tend to have a fairly empty hand when they get it
Iv changed the shadow visions for a mind vision, mainly to deal with opponents quests stealing them. For example if you manage to pull the rogue one both you and them have 5/5 minions but his is packed with low mana maybe charge minions yours are deathrattles so in trades your better of, same with warrior he has taunts but if you manage to get rag hero power you blow up a taunt it's gone he kills yours they have death rattle.. I have been having alot more consistent wins with the small change would recommend trying it.
This is a great deck nice to see a pseudo reno deck is still viable allowing for the kazzakus plays to still exist.
If you have no other play then normally yes, if against a warrior with an axe down perhaps not then but generally it's best to have something on board then nothing.
Grom is a must if you plan to stick playing warrior. Rag simply is usable in many different decks across all classes. Of the 2 I'd go Rag for that reason alone.

For Android if you have deck string copied when you go to create a new deck a pop up comes up asking if you wish to use current copied decklist
