Overall, I like the design of the set. Very thematic and feels like a priest. I'm curious why you don't use a period at the end of your game text. Is it a design choice or just an oversight?
For Azshara, the text could instead read "Battlecry: Give your opponent's minions Deathrattle: Summon a 3/7 naga for your opponent." It would cut down on a lot of text with the same result. I'm assuming this applies just to minions on the board, otherwise the text would need to be changed (also it would probably be way too powerful.)
Nzoth, Dealmaker seems very strong, considering that you could potentially end up at a maximum life total of over 100 with standard cards and your hero power. You might want to consider a cap of some sort or a more incremental increase when your hero is healed.
From what I understand, Zayle, Shadow Cloak will be a reward from completing all the wings of the adventure. The EVIL decks will be similar to the decks from Whizbang the Wonderful... playable but maybe not optimized.
The Blizzard Press Center released all the artwork for The Dalaran Heist, including Zayle, Shadow Cloak, which reads: You start the game with one of Zayle's EVIL Decks!
I'm not complaining, but it just doesn't make a lot of sense to me. 25 people can upvote a submission, but the only vote that matters is that of a mod. It's like a worse version of the electoral system.

Otherwise, I'd say this looks good. Nice job!

Second most votes on the first page and didn't make the cut, that stings. Congrats to all the finalists, there are some nice designs there.

3-Cost beasts are generally pretty good. Vicious Fledgling is rotating out, but there's still Augmented Elekk, Emperor Cobra, Ironbeak Owl (okay, not good), Ironfur Grizzly, Jungle Panther, King Mukla, Nightmare Amalgam, Ornery Tortoise, and Silverback Patriarch in neutral. For class cards there's Blink Fox, Duskbat, and Messenger Raven. Ironically, there are no 3-Cost Hunter or Druid beasts in standard unless there as some in Rise of Shadows they have yet to reveal.

That... seems insane.

When the cards are randomized, there will be an equal number of every cost, 5 of each.

In standard format this will work with Power of the Wild, Wrath, Mark of Nature, Mark of the Loa, Starfall, and Nourish. In wild format you can also use this with Jade Idol, Living Roots, Raven Idol, Feral Rage, Dark Wispers, and Wisps of the Old Gods.
