     Well, what I had In mind was a minion that doesn't look threatening but has a devastating effect (the request was already answered, sorry :P)

    It really depends on what you plan on playing. If you are not decided, go for complete Naxx and buy classic packs for the rest of your budget. If you have a specific class you plan on playing, you can buy a few wings of Naxx instead of the whole thing and buy a few Classic packs more.

    Murlocs are not really competitive. Nexus-Champion Saraad is still new, and not really tested. You might also pull it from a pack in the following weeks. I'm guessing you'll be spending some gold on packs or Arena. It is also easier to pull it from a pack than Ragnaros the Firelord. Ragnaros the Firelord is a tested card, that has proven to be competitive. I would go for Rag.

    Unplayable? In my opinion it went from a 20/10 to a 10/10. As it is now, you get deathrattle effects, end of turn effects and charge minions that died by the Twisting Nether. I would argue that it is still OP, but less usable.
