The battlecry is great, equip a 5/3 wepon + 5 life from lifesteal + 5 armor.
The hero power is bad, if you summon 4 2/2 minions and opponent cannot do anything you win anyway.
I could care less about the horsemen's effects, just upgrading the dudes to 2/2 is already nasty. In a way it's a pseudo Taunt, and in extreme late it could end the game vs heavy removal. Sooner or later there will be no answer.
It also would be a rather... interesting thing for a Priest to steal.
Ticking would be great in a not swarm Warlock though. Repentance Lock doesn't use any minions really, Handlock doesn't play much either, so if it prematures it not a big deal... now that I think of it those are the only two locks that don't swarm.
Honestly this guy isn't even bad in standard. If your deck has a lot of Taunts it can be a win condition just by using it behind them.
If they have to bend over backwards to use removal (or just do remove it instantly) that's fine to, it's a three cost that you can deploy on a whim. I have one in my Death rattle Priest just because of the amount of Taunts I deploy usually allow it to go nuts, plus with all the health buff cards I have it tends to live, assuming it was not played naked just to get something out there.
Might throw a pair in my Taunt Warrior for the same reason.
You have to remember that almost every dragon's value lies in their Battlecry, so doesn't exactly belong in your typical dragon deck. What dragon doesn't need its Battlecry to be good? Chillmaw, but Chillmaw's deathrattle probably won't activate because you no longer have any dragons in your hand.
Ysera would be awesome though. Ysera and Deathwing. What else am I missing?
Take the Deathrattle off and it is still a hell of a card. A 12/12 is going to clean house. Also Chromag, Noz, Maly. And all the other big hitters are still 8/8's that would be COMPLETELY possible to slaughter anyone without a full board clear move like Equality / Cons, Doom, or Twisting Neather, Brawl, and two of those are on Warlocks.
Or you know, pull the other Deathwing for a second 12/12 for more killy fun.
I actually don't think this is terrible. Just having one in a full control / fatigue warrior deck guarantees at least two damage every turn when it gets down to that mode where your just playing a single card at a time and armoring. It also would be hilarious in Blingtron, to bad he is taking a exit though.
Happened to me after a Paladin ran out of cards. Had ONLY those murlocs. I had 6 cards left and 30 health, several minions and answers for any big minion he could have thrown at me. He was packing 2 healing bots so you know this deck was made for this.
Isn't this exactly why they nerfed warsong? To prevent easy OTKs?
It's also completely broken by a single taunt. And completely DESTROYED by any one with a divine shield (looken at you, Annoy-o-tron).
Different from Patron where they just win with that combo no matter what you have on the board.
I sorta like this one, mostly because my deck for paladin relies a lot on summons / buffs, so there are a lot of corpses flying around. Plus with all the buffing there would be a lot of silence targets besides.
Can there be a deck for this guy, yea, will it be meta? Probably not, but still. this guy can be absolutely terrifying, especially if silence doesn't work on him.

Potentially broken later if they ever add hand buffs to lock that aren't RNG as hell like Soul Infusion.
But it could make an interesting moment if you got it and Han'cho off a turn everything into legendaries card.

Still great value with it.
Shame Anub is the Tempo killer in a Class that Tempo is all they have running for them.
Though it is funny to screw around with crazy death rattle value deck with things like Anub / Raptors / Kel'thuzad / Baron.
