Yeah that was dumb of me, I only realized this after I pulled him out with Oaken Summons against Zoolock. This is why I do shit like put my cereal in the fridge and milk in the pantry.

AkiraTerion posted a message on New Paladin Card Reveal - Shrink RayPosted in: NewsReally? Everyone's calling this garbage? I'm not thinking it's a game changer, but it's definitely not that. Did we forget about an abundance of buffing and high value minion decks? At 5 it's a smidge pricy to roll out, but this thing is the great equalizer for a class that seems to like wide boards full of cheap minions whose biggest problem is getting outvalued by bigger things.
Say, that's a mighty cute Spreading Plague that you buffed up there. Be a shame if something happened to it. How long can this go on? Not very long with this. And you'll regret having chained your butts together and coming out at all if I can throw out a Level Up! after it. Seriously, it's at least okay on its own. And with LU to combo it up with, if you were ahead on number but behind on value, you're instantly winning the board back AND pushing damage to face.
I think this is being underrated...

Slain posted a message on Getting Baku and/or Genn for Free?Posted in: General DiscussionWe got Legendarys for free in all of latest sets, would be super weird if this set is an exclusion especially since both are needed to actually utilize a lot of the cards of the set so i think we get both for free Via Monsterhunt.
First we get Gen which gives us the quest to hunt monsters, last boss will be Baku and after you beat him you get him for free too.

Ghostwaker posted a message on Cool Quest WarriorPosted in: Cool Quest WarriorAfter trying this in casual and losing more than winning I definitely agree with PhantomNato's suggestion with Ravaging Ghoul and Sleep with the fishes. It would help greatly vs aggro decks. It's hard to keep up as it is now. If you play a big taunt, they can just silence it and go face.

I realy cant understand the whole negativity about the new content right now. Why would you trashtalk it anyways, if you dislike the rewards, the content or blizzards overall pricing strategy, simply dont buy the content, they aren`t forcing you and you basically lose nothing but the experience if you don`t buy it. You can try the first wing for free and if you don`t like it, you can simply stop playing it. Calling it a "cashgrab" or "scam" is just ridiculous to me. They are charging 20$ for the content, considering the rewards, you are getting the PVE content + the golden pack and cardback basically for free. Oh, and dont forget about Zayle, which is an awesome addition for newer players and people with a smaller card collection. The decks are pretty much semi-competetive and might be helpful for everyone who wants to try certain archetypes before investing further ressources in order to craft those decks. I mean what kind of rewards would you expect otherwise that still would be fair?
Some people are trying to compare the new adventure to the old ones (naxx/loe/brm) when it comes to rewards. I must admit that i liked the old ones quite a lot, even from a storytelling perspective and the rewards were pretty neat too at that time. But i think its way more fair and balanced the way it is now. Just imagine giving cards on the level of Thaurissan/Kel`Thuzad/Sludge Belcher/Reno to people that are willing to pay extra money. Im pretty sure tons of people, maybe even the ones that are complaining now as well, would be very upset about the fact, that Blizz would hide such strongs cards behind a paywall and would basically force the players to buy the solo content in order to stay ahead in the meta.
And lastly an advice for all those people that are complaining about the fact, that the PVE contents from earlier were free and that this one costs money: Instead of complaining maybe appreciate that you got so much content for free in the past and keep in mind that Blizzard - no matter how much you like or dislike the content - put a lot of work and effort into the current PVE content and obviously wants to earn money as well.

Those are pretty decent decks overall. I personally don`t need any of them, since i`ve nearly got a full collection, but i think its a pretty nice option for F2P players and beginners.

And then again a bunch of people would complain about the fact, that Blizzard is hiding cards exclusively behind a paywall. The way they are doing it now i think it`s much more fair, since you won`t really lose anything by not buying it expect for the experience itself.

That`s a fantastic point of view!

Why is it useless? We dont even know the decklists yet. And im sure it`s at the very least pretty valuable for players with a limited collection who aren`t tryharding to climb to Legend every season.

I like your gauntlet....i think i will take it!

I`d definetly go for Garrosh there. He`s the more aggressive hero due to the weapon and synergizes well with some of the common used cards in rush warrior like Grommash or Frothing Berserker.
