Gold cards are cool but I am sticking to my guns that piloted minions (except Sneeds) are crap. Replacing a minion with one from 2-3 turns ago is hardly value. Time will tell but I bet we see less and less of them as time goes on.

Ballinglikeafool posted a message on Is Mill Druid even beatable?Posted in: General DiscussionThe truth is, they can't be beaten. It's easily the most OP deck in the short history of the game, and my inside sources at blizzard tell me that Coldlight Oracle is going to be nerfed to a 3 mana 2/2 with Battlecry: Draw 3 cards.

I'd like to reiterate Gamegeek 16's points about NOT disenchanting cards and not crafting commons. Personally, I wouldn't craft rares either as, if you stick with the game, you will regret this later as you will have 2 of each rare fairly quickly just through opening packs. I guess that a couple of rares necessary to build that first competitive deck is OK though.
Arena is by far my favourite way of spending gold as the games themselves are fun and you aren't going to suffer at the hands of players who have large collections as decks aren't built from the cards which you own. However, you may find it painful at first due to inexperience.
Regardless, it is worth continuing to play Arena as, once you get good at it, it will pay for itself in prizes. At 3 wins you typically get rewards with value equal to or greater than the 150 gold entrance fee. At 7 wins you get at least 150 gold back PLUS a booster and perhaps a card or some dust.

In particular, these were the two match-ups I was curious about the most. Is it necessarily a good thing for them to to trade those spells for your cleric and in turn you lose out on your main draw mechanic?
depends on the follow up and the match up. If you have coin and a dark cultist or blade master follow up I'd say it's generally worth it. If you're likely to just throw it down and pass turn 2 I'd hold it, particularly against druid. I say that because druid will often just hero power pass turn 2 anyways, and giving them a target just gives them a better way to spend the mana. However if they have wild growth things get a little complicated for them. You either delay their wild growth a turn and get a chance to build your board or it gets weird for them on turn 3 because then they might waste their 4 mana wrathing with hero power. On a card for card basis the trade for a wrath or frost bolt isn't great but it's not terrible, the added advantage is the tempo it can give you. Delaying them building their board is an advantage but only if you can capitalize on it by dropping something decent yourself.

Still having sometimes problems reaching round 8 because of deathrattle Hunter and WL rush decks. -

Xedriell posted a message on [WILD] MiracleMechMage (v.3.0)Posted in: [WILD] MiracleMechMage (v.3.0)It happens very often that I run out of cards late game, sitting on some spare parts, waiting for antonidas. Imho this deck is too inconsistent. When you draw Jeeves, you have to dump spareparts to draw new cards, which is quite contraproductive.

I don't think people really realize how brutal of a disease cancer is and I am really not a fan of people using it as a term to describe something they just dislike. I'd take facing a Hunter any day over Cancer :/
