It feels bad to get killed by a powered up Reaper, but we have 5 sources of complete weapon removal (2 regular ooze, 2 Epic Ooze, Han Solo), and 2 of them are given to us for free from Blizzard (all hale the Acidic Swamp Ooze). I think it's fine the way it is, but like I said before, I totally get the frustration of dealing with the Reaper and having no immediate answer.
Yeah, I feel like in the current standard meta the maximum amount of weapon removal you can have is two cards, and drawing them by turn 5 when they always play the reaper is not that likely.
PS, just kidding about the likelines, but you get the point
There are three things that separetes reaper from the other cards/combos you are mentioning:
1. The mana cost is really low, 5 mana for 10 damage and 6 for 18
2. It is a lot harder to remove (consider the amount of cards that can deal with weapons vs. cards that deal with minions), and all of these cards are bad against classes without weapons or bad even against weapons (I'm looking at you, toxic sewer ooze)
It is time for blizzard to nerf one of the most broken cards in standard right now, Arcanite reaper.
The reason why this card is so stupid is the insane amout of damage this card can produce in combination with other warrior cards. Reaper + upgrade is a 6 mana two-card combo that unleashes 18 damage over the course of three turns. There is no other comination of cards that can do this.
When you combine this with the posibility of additonal buffs from cards like bloodsailcorsair and that there are loads of cards that synergieses with huge weapons, it is clear that this card is a problem.
In addition to all of this, there are very few good cards that deal with weapons effectivly.
Nerfing Arcanite reaper is a very good and effective way of stopping pirate warrior from having so sick amounts of damage. It would change the archetype from being a full on smorc deck that can only go face, to a more zoo-ish playstyle, which wouldn't make it so frustraiting to play against.
Bestial Wrath is a Hunter card and it gives Immune only until the end of your turn, so you cannot abuse it. But you can use invincibility on Frothing Berserker and punish your opponent for playing minions(which is not a good design). Since he becomes immune, next turn you can hit face with a 10+ attack Berserker. Invincibility is broken.
Ah very true. I misread the card.
I was also thinking about the interaction with taunt-minions, basicly making your entire board immune to your opponents minions
I'm like 99% certain that an Immune Taunt minion can be bypassed just like a Stealth Taunt minion.
Can this be done in the game as it is right now? I agree that it would make sense, I have just never seen it before

I don't think blizzard will have "no duplicates" as a theme in the next expac. Having it twice is more than expected, and three times is just way to much.
Also, I think people are done with this mechanic. It beening implemented in the next expansion seems very unlikely
For standard players Kazakus was a disgusting trap if the mechanic don't get any support in next 2 expansions...
Thats a good point. However, I think Kazakus control decks will only get better as more expansions are released, as players will have more options of cards to only have one of.

Un'Goro launch: "We don't want 3 expansions a year with 20 legenderies! each" "Pack-prices are too high!"
Now: "Give us more new cards!"

As I've been a bit tired of HS lately, I thought it would be a good idea to try some fun decks.
I do only play standard an F2P, so 35-legendary decks doesn't exactly work.
I am looking for fun and stupid decks to play in casual only.
Thx in advance!

Playing discover mage aginst elemental jade-shaman. Must have done over 50 damage to him due to dobbel Kalimos and hotspringguardians.
Then, when his hand is empty anf board frozen, he topdecks firelemental for lethal.
Would have been dead so many times if it wasn't for incredible topdecks and ansvers,
