     Nerfs happen about two weeks into every expansion. This is totally the time to talk about nerfs.

    Agreed. Any class that doesn't have healing will basically lose automatically if they go for control against a bomb warrior. Even if they don't deal any damage with minions, if they can burn you through your deck, you will die first.

    Most likely Rogue and Warrior will be hit. Maybe make Underbelly Fence only give +1/+0, or make Vendetta cost 1 after reduction. For 
    Warrior, they could make the bombs deal 4 damage, or make the boombots deal 1-3, instead of 1-4. Could also change the art and tribe for the goblin mech, so it can't go into the delivery drone pool.

    For three mana? I think you would need some other effect tacked on to make it playable. Maybe if it also added a copy to your hand.

    Rexxar was never really good until we got some beasts with life steal and rush in Witchwood. I voted Plague, because it was probably the biggest contributor to Druid dominating for such a long period. Ultimate Infestation isn't nearly as good without it.

    Witchwood Piper already exists in standard, and Paladin never really ran that, so I doubt this would ever see play, since this seems worse than that card, as the stats are delayed a turn, where Witchwood Piper draws a card, and puts a 3/3 in play, for just one more mana.

    Rafaam's Scheme seems underwhelming. It's a card that would want to be played in Zoo, but the upgrade requirement goes against Zoos play style of emptying their hand. Doom Guard leaving makes this more reasonable, but do you run Soulfire, when you already know you're going to want this card to be in your hand for minimum 3 turns to see value? 

    The two warrior cards are good, though. Omega card is good for the control warrior archetype, which will need a lot of help now Baku is HoFed. The lackey card is good for warrior's self damage synergies, and the lackey itself will undoubtedly find its uses. Maybe not worth a card slot, but if Dragon Warrior continues to exist, this card will still see play due to Fire Tree Witchdoctor discovering it.

    I like the idea. Would solve the problem of Hero cards being put into nearly every deck and making every game feel the same. Imagine if Guldan had been tied to a quest, where you needed to play six demons to get him? Players wouldn't have been able to put him in Cubelock. Druid's could have required you to play 7 choose one cards. Jaina could have required you to play 7 elementals. So on and so on.
