It's okay by itself, as a 1/4 with Spell Damage for 2, and a totem, but it's definitely meant to be improved by getting Wrath of Air Totems. Compared to Tunnel Trogg, yeah, it sucks, but the Spell Damage Shaman archetype has always been something I thought had potential, but never really got off the ground.
Yes, I know that except for being a class card it's objectively better than Dalaran Mage, but seriously: Who would even consider playing Dalaran Mage?

Though whether it is too weak or completely over powered is hard to say as it would require a deck that balances between minions and spells somewhat evenly.

It open up more uses for spells like Moonfire and Living Roots(besides running them with Malygos). It can give you a midgame boost for a Swipe clear if you have a minion on the board.
A good 3 slot filler for Druid and I'm happy with the results.

It's good in death rattle decks but I'm not seeing much use for it beyond that.

Great deck! The only change I made was swapping 2 Wisp for 2 Murloc Tinyfin and it's been working better.

After finally acquiring Morgl I discovered he has a special interaction with Sir Finley Mrrgglton.
If your opponent plays Sir Finley Mrrgglton instead of Finley saying his usual line he says "Greetings old friend, how about a cup of tea after the match?"
I'm not sure if i'm the first one to find this or not but it's certainly interesting.
