It's my second time trying to follow the "1 rank per day" mentality, but i don't think that's enough. I'm at rank 4 with 4 stars and playing only Druid because if i end up failing the climb, at least i should have my golden hero ready for the next season.
When i see scores like 15-5 or even something like 4-1, 7-2, anything that goes undefeated for a while to avoid that gain one star/lose one star frustration, i keep thinking to myself: did these people really played at least 100 games?" I wish i could have such winstreaks, how i miss that bonus star...
Ahá! This is the deck that i ended up facing minutes ago. When i saw Gnomish Inventor and Explosive Sheep i knew... It was him, spreading the cure to mages.
The surprise factor in my game was the duplicate secret, because i was totally confident about an Ice Block and then... 2 more Renos for him. At first i thought it would be very problematic to finish the game, but i got the mage in a situation where he could not clear my board and play Reno at the same time, so... Easy game, right? Nope, surprise again! His last move was Molten Giant, Reno and Sunfury. After this i must consider myself very luck for still being able to win that game. In fact, i recognize that i had the perfect cards to aswer his last resistance; a reduced cost BGH, the combo and minions on board to deal exactly 31 damage.
Anyway, even disliking the longer games i must give credit to this deck, the control is insane. Thumbs up!
If you buy a second wing of Naxx ( allowed because you already have at least the first wing ) after these changes, the cards would still be granted as reward, at least for the first time playing it, right?
It's hard to imagine their acquisition being restricted to arcane dust only even if you are playing for the first time and the adventures becoming a few bosses just for fun.
This is the first brawl that got me inspired about creating a deck, i had so many ideas in a second right after i finished reading the description. Seeing a turn 1 Ragnaros never made me so happy, haha!
At first i was planning to go for deathrattle, but without knowing exactly how it would work i had to mix the deck a bit. On my fist game i missed a ping on a Belcher thinking that a 1/2 slime would remain, just to notice the ongoing aura effect... Looks like they are testing this a lot, maybe a sign of this mechanic being explored more in the upcoming expansion? Anyway, great brawl, 8/10.
Since yesterday i was playing only Druid to get my 500 wins going with no plans to reach legend, that sounds impossible for me. The stardard midrange was my choice, but i'm stationed at rank 4 due to a lot of Paladins, so... I'll try your deck.
The thing is, i miss the second Fel Reaver and i'm not going to craft another copy, but i'll find a replacement and update this comment with my progress. Thumbs up for the deck anyway, i've tried mech Druid in the past and it is certainly fun.
Update: I regret. I totally failed with the deck, maybe some bad luck or i don't know how to play at all. In any case, i'm not saying it's bad. Good luck for those who are willing to try.
After the first wing i think that discover has the potential to be a broken mechanic, similar to unstable portal. A lot of people, including me, hate the portal rng, but the question is... Are we willing to sacrifice some tempo to maybe get rewarded in future turns?
If you don't know what your next card will be, what is the difference if it comes from nowhere (discover) or the top of your deck? It's reasonable to think that the answer lies in optimizing your chances to win the dice roll, knowing what's left in your deck and your chances to draw what you want. We also have those situations where you are so behind on the game that you need to choose: Play to survive or play to win. Only taking a huge risk may grant you the win, but i don't think people will be using discover cards with this precise scenario in mind, they will just try to fill a better curve.
I bet on cards without discover to see a lot of play on ladder, because you don't have the luxury of time. In tournaments i can totally see the discover cards being very strong.
I'm on the same boat, but i had the gold to buy that last BRM wing inumerous times. The reason why i didn't? I don't play dragon decks. Blackwing Corruptor is probably the mostly revelant card there and it's only used in Dragon Priest or Malygos Warlock and i still miss some cards to finish those decks.
If your case is the same, then i would go for LoE. You can have fun experimenting with the new cards, build a new deck or even buy it just because you want some of the new cards in that wing.
Randominium was the best brawl for sure... And i think i know why Banana Brawl was the least played, it came out at the wrong time, right when the Flamewakers started to put everything on fire.
For the first time i am hyped for an adventure, looks like they are doing something different with this one. Also, in my last games i've noticed the need of having a 1 drop to play, somehow it's way more important than before thanks to this meta. So, any 1 drop for classes like Shaman and Rogue are more than welcome.
Sounds like another promotion card back, no reason to delay just because Blizzcon, unless it comes with an announcement. Meh, one less card back for me.

Without seeing the other 120+ cards i would say it's one expansion too late.

12-0 with the deck without any difficulty. You must be a master deck builder or this bunch of cards together just works perfectly.
My changes: - 2 Dancing Swords + 2 BGH ( killed 2 Eerie Statues :P )

When i first saw Assassinate on an empty board i was like: Oh, here we go, that IA from practice mode all over again...

Curious George, Jack Johnson... I'm waiting to see something on those flavor texts.

No golden cards preview this time? Guess i'll have to wait for someone with a lot of dust.
