With so many low-cost spells, have you considered or maybe tried Lock and Load?
I'm crafting Yogg-Saron, Hope's End the moment I'm writing this. He was on my to-craft list since the reveal, but I was always on the fence whether do it now or just wait, but when I saw a viable control Hunter build with him - I need to try him ASAP! :D So thanks for the idea and inspiration. I'll try Lock and Load anyway and give my thoughts later.
Edit: what about Sir Finley Mrrgglton? In control Hunter he seems very valuable.
No, not precisely. It's a card that helps you not lose. Of course, not losing brings you closer to the win, it indirectly leads you to win, but it shouldn't be used (and seen) as a regular win condition which directly leads you to a win.
I always go this route: I pick a deck it seems I would enjoy playing (if I want to focus on fun aspect) or competetive (if I want to focus on competetive side) and I craft all missing cards form that deck. I try to combine both fun and competetiveness of the deck as much as possible.
But I need cards to actually play them, you seem to be rather a collector, willing more to "have" cards than use them in play (maybe I'm wrong, but this is my first impression of your post). So if I were you, I would craft classic legendaries (probably never to rotate out of standard), those that are the most useful, in case you would want to play them - Tirion, Jaraxxus, Alexstraza and Ysera. Don't disenchant your golden legendaries - Malygos and N'Zoth, they are good enough to be played (if you ever will be willing to) and look amazing.
Very much similar to my own deck, but less 2-drop heavy (I run Stranglethorn Tiger and one additional Tomb Spider instead of Huge Toad and Flame Juggler). I may try tweaking towards your version. All in all very enjoyable and effective deck indeed.
May it freeze already frozen character or it choses another target? In other words, am I guaranteed to freeze two targets (enemy hero and a minion) after casting two spells or one character can be frozen twice?
You have to reach a character to lvl20 now, after promotion started. No matter if it's new or old character, you need a sub-20 level character and get to level 20. If you already did that before this promotion, it doesn't count.
It all has been explained in various threads and on front page, though.

For about a year I'm playing on constant basis World of Warships, along with Hearthstone. Those are my "addiction" and daily games.
As for "regular" games, Hearts of Iron IV is incoming on June 6th, I will be playing it hard for sure.

Just get 2.100 gold and unlock 3rd wing of LOE :P
You should unlock whole LOE anyway, so many useful and fun cards, for reasonable price in gold.

Just craft it

Really nice idea of a deck, although pricy one. I hope it nets you much wins in standard, with such gold and dust investement it should :P
