My success rate against Face Hunters varies wildly with the deck that I'm playing. My Chicanery Priest deck wins more often than not and my Mech Druid deck has plenty of Taunt and wins almost all the time. Then I have some decks that are routinely sliced and diced by them, and some decks that really need a good early draw to prevail.
But wow, I'm surprised by the length of the losing streaks that you describe. I thought BRM really helped Face Hunters. The "if your hand is empty" mechanic really seemed OP. Is it possible that BRM helped other classes even more?
Iron Juggernaut is a Legend that would have been better with classes other than Warrior. Obviously would have been great in a Mill Druid or Rogue deck. I have it and I won't dust it. It's a staple of my Mech Warrior deck which is fun to play but ultimately not quite as good as other types of Warrior decks. And I have seen it (or rather, the Bomb) deter opponents from taking advantage of obvious card-drawing opportunities which isn't a bad thing at all.
The card's not OP; but I wouldn't dust it unless I'm just starting out and really want to build a certain deck as soon as possible. Which, in fact, sounds like exactly what your friend did.
Really like it in my Mech Druid deck. Druids can boost the weapon just by using their hero power. It's also a backdoor way of destroying an enemy weapon if it's one of the OP ones. And yes, on occasion I've pulled off the combo with Harrison Jones.
Actually, I've seen him several times in both Priest Decks (combines very well with Shadow Madness) and Handlock (effectively heals giants and other expensive minions).
I had two and dusted both of them. I miss the Ysera; but I already had a normal Ysera and had a lot of gaps in my collection. And then came my Golden Flame Leviathan. I didn't have a normal one of those and didn't care; I dusted it immediately with no regrets.
FWIW I played almost exclusively a Feign Death deck for a month and reached Rank 5 and then admittedly stalled. If you use cards like Explosive Trap and Kill Command then give serious consideration to adding, if you own it, Bloodmage Thalnos. And I definitely thought Baron Rivendare was a must.
Craft Vol'Jin, no question, probably the best GvG legendary after Dr. Boom
I wholeheartedly agree. It might seem underwhelming at first; but in practice it's a large minion and assassin rolled into one for an affordable mana cost.
It's really a shame that one of the most interesting cards in the game, with some of the most beautiful sound effects and animation, is both hard to acquire and otherwise not all that worthwhile to include in a deck. It's also disappointing that the minion provides three other cards which are similarly nice and distinctive but almost never seen.

How about "Can attack or block only after the second turn after playing."? So it's a great value, but it's a bump on the log for one whole turn?

Any deck that can take advantage of Spare Parts can thrive with the Brawl. And yes, that includes Mech Mages with their Archmages.
That said, I lost to a Mill Rogue. Wow, those Bananas can very quickly become a liability.

How about some Paladin synergy? Restrict the card draw to "if you control three or more Silver Hand Recruits".
2
The big spider is part of my Warrior deck. Mixes well with Warsong Commander.

Cool to see that the devs were prepared for the purple tint on all the hero portraits.
3
A variation of the Pinocchio story. Well done.

There's a limited amount of emotes. "Well Played" is a about as decent a "Farewell" one as we have.
