Well i see a problem there; because unless playing against control warrior or heavy watcher decks; your Rush should have killed your opponent before they even get the chance to play ragnaros.

Also now i made it past 19 with Dreadmaker's Nightblade rogue; excepting that i don't have leeroy so i just subbed a reckless rocketeer;it's a pretty decent deck and it doesn't run any legends because i have no access to leeroy and rag doesn't fit on it. And legendaries aren't exactly  a Win factor: there are like five bad legends for every good legend:
See milhouse manastorm; King mukla; Harrison jones; Tink master overspark  (ye she used to be good but he's really bad now); Malygos;.Prophet velen; hogger is also rther bad etc.

One of my friend's first legendary was a golden jaraxus and his second legendary was a golden antonidas; and he's a f2p player; i don't think packs are as rigged as you think.

i Found a deck about freeze on an obscure hearthstone blog about one or two weeks ago; it focuses on antonidas instead of giants though.

    Here's the deck list: http://hearthadvantage.blogspot.com/2014/03/rompiendo-el-formato-descongelando-mago.html#more

And the first game of the following video features it:

i can attest by the ragnaros stuff; i'm a f2p Player i've been palying for almost 2 months and i got reaaally lucky and got ragnaros as my first legendary just 2 weeks after i started playing and i haven't gotten past rank 19 even while using him; sure he's a great finisher but  he's also a big tempo killer and almost every class has basic cards that are able to deal with him and everyone from rank 19 onwards just knows it in the back of its mind; by playing with rag i have found out that playing against smart players it doesn't matter if i bait removal earlier with other creatures; most people will actually  save their hard removal and find ways to deal with the other stuff before the big finishers they need to remove come into play or why did you think that mages try to use all their fireballs before starting to use their polys?; priest has Sw:Death and mind control, rogues have sap and assassinate mages and shammans have poly and Hex respectively; Paladin has Equality+throw a random minion at him;; Warrior has execute, notice esomething? baring for the paladin who needs equality wich is a rare; and the hunter who probably has killed you or dropped you so low by the time you can play ragnaros that playing him doesn't make any difference anyways;  every other class has a basic card that is able to deal with him easily; plus the rng can really mess you up when he hits a target you don't need to hit

Yeah; i realized it after a while, but i was at my grandma's house so i couldn't edit the post.

What about this for a Neutral Minion?.

Costs 2: t's 1/2 Minion: Battlecry: Destroy all enemy secrets; gives you a little of board presence and can be bounced back by brewmasters or shadowsteps (don't look at me i wouldn't waste a shadowstep like that but people doing it wouldn't be unheard of.)

Edit: although i wouldn't mind seeing thsoe cards either; added bonus into  a coin flip :D.

    Actually the hunter nerfrequires changes to other classes If every class had a way to destroy secrets then hunters wouldn't be so grossly overpowered.;
priest: 1 cost card: destroy all secrets gain 2 life per secret
Walock 1 cost card: destroy all secrets; Target Demon gains +1/+1 per secret destroyed this way
Druid: 2 cost: destroy all secrets gain a temporal mana crystal per secret destroyed this way. (only durng that turn)

Warrior: 1 cost Destroy all Secrets: your weapon gets +1/+1 per secret destroyed this way.; if you don't have a weapon equipped equip  a 1/1 Weapon.

Paladin cost: 2 Destroy all secrets: summon 3 1/1 Minons to te battle field.
Mage: Destroy all secrets: All enemy minons  take 2 damage per secret destroyed this way.
Rogue: Cost: 0 Destroy all secrets
SHamman: cost 3: Destroy all secrets; your totems get +2 max hp per secret destroyed this way.

Step 1: google Low budget huntard

    Step 2: profit.

edit; if the deck involves leeroy jenkins and you have no access to him: one Argent commander or reckless rocketeer make good enough subs to him.
