Leeroy Jenkins seems like a strange addition, nothing particularly wrong with it, just that hunter don't need him as much as other classes would, but he is a fine include. What i'm most concerned with, however are the snake traps. The power level of snake trap just isn't really high enough in a deck without a whole lot of ways to buff them. I think 1 snake trap would be fine, but 2 might be overdoing it.
Only run sleepy dragon if you are also running oakheart and dragonhatcher, also i'm surprised to seen no lich king in your deck and i highly suggest adding him. You also need at least 1 UI, and anothter branching path wouldn't hurt either.
My changes would be -1 Sleepy Dragon, -2 Rotten Applebaum, +1 Ultimate Infestation, +1 Lich King, +1 Branching Paths
Honestly at this point, I think new players would face more even matchups playing at low ranks (20-18) than they would playing casual. This is something that must be fixed, maybe make a "Beginners Mode" that is similar to casual, but you can't complete quests by playing it, that way I think fewer net decks would be seen, because those players would just play ranked or casual.
I believe if Blizzard made this change the enjoyability of Hearthstone for new players would increase immensely.
I would suggest not dusting so much. If you really need dust, try dusting cards that you know are never going to see play, like Bite or Furious Ettin. Doing otherwise is almost always a horrible idea.
What's the handicap for druid I don't even remember but anyways, any class but warrior can win with just murlocs, just play all the good murlocs with the megasaur and some of the not so good ones and fill the rest with good class cards, pretty easy.

Other than that it seems good, have fun with it!

If I told one of my friends this they would say, "But you love the game and you play it all the time!"
They wouldn't understand the pain...

The mid-summer fire festival brawl was hands down my favorite brawl of all time.

Yes the Grumble/Shudderwock interaction will likely be nerfed sometime in the future. Just not sure how they would go about doing that.
