I really like Mutanus the Devourer. Comparing it to Justicar Trueheart, I see it has backwards stats, one less mana, but it has an obvious drawback of not allowing you duplicates, and it seems very inconsistent as it can give you some bad hero powers(like death tap), and it can also give you some very powerful ones, like soul tap, which is clearly better than the Justicar version of the warlock hero power. I'm not sure if warlock is the right class to receive a card like this, but nonetheless, it would be a really fun card to play in arena.
