So every time I go against druid and if they have the turn one death knight combo; I automatically lose. Even if they don't they have so many high health minions with taunt that it seems impossible to break down. What do I do against druid?
Sap their Innervated creature and now they're down a turn and 3 cards. GG WP.
I spend my gold frivelously. I've had max 5k Gold at a time ( after buying Naxx w/ all gold ) and now I've got only 1500 gold, I enjoy buying packs lol.
That said, I'm sitting on 20k dust , so I should be okay.
I don't think it's too good TBH. A lot of pro's have tried bringing that deck back but it just isn't as good as Freeze Mage or Handlock ( the two decks it's based off. )
It's actually 4 mana. But it still thins out that deck to reach those late game threats in that particular variant, which is all you really want.
Haha, I know it's 4 mana, but I was quoting him saying "3 mana for 4 cards". I also totally understand that it thins the deck ( every Miracle deck does this , and even many non-Miracle decks as well ). The point is still the same though, you're spending 2 cards to draw 4.
Well you don't always see Gadgetzan soon enough and Sprint with Preparation is "only" 3 mana to draw 4 cards...
I think superjj102 made it to Legend in 2 days with a Malygos deck but since he get there he got pretty much destroyed by most of the Hunter decks he was facing.
Looks like most variant of the decks are viable, just need some luck with the mu you get.
Sprint is not "only 3 mana to draw 4 cards" it's really 4 mana and 2 cards ( Prep + Sprint ) to Draw 4, so you only net 2 for 3 mana.
I was kind of expecting a spectator mode to be released (or at least used in demo) at BlizzCon.
"Sometimes, if you catch the angle just right, you can get a glimpse of where they came from right in the middle. That’s always a good icebreaker, and it really puts a smile on their faces when you find some common ground!"
Perhaps a tease that they are listening to our wishes?
The portal "image" is just a reference to portals from WoW. Literally.
If a mage ports in WoW, you can see that city/location in the Mage's portal.
Example; If a Mage Portals to Dalaran, you can see a little bit of Dalaran in the portal. So, the Innkeeper is saying he would break the ice with that traveler by saying "Oh, you're here from Dalaran ? ...." , etc.
As of now, it turns out Tarei's Miracle Rogue is the best choice by far. It beats Hunter, Zoo, Priest and Control Warrior quickly, and by a large margin.
That's very debatable.
There's a good amount of players nearing Legend ( and Legend already ) with all the various Miracle decks atm.
If you could have a professional player watch a video of you playing Hearthstone and comment/critique your gameplay to help you improve, how much would you pay for each game reviewed?
AFAIK, and I may be incorrect as I've never received "coaching" in Hearthstone, but don't all the pro's usually charge by hour? Generally also through skype/other VOIP and a screen sharing program?
I've never heard of them reviewing video's of single games and charging for each video....
Alright thanks for everyone's advice. I forgot to mention though that I would like to think I have a decent understanding of most cards because I have watched an extensive amount of hearthstone (since closed beta). So with that in mind I disenchanted cards that I absolutely knew I wouldn't want such as Dragonhawk. But in the end I decided to DE my Grom and my Greenskin because imo Greenskin is to niche and I'm looking for more practical choices with my dust and also even though Grom may be a required card for any good control warrior deck I don't believe I am going to be investing enough time in the game to get the many other legendaries I need anytime soon.
Ouuuuch. Hope you don't regret that in a month or so : \
He barely has any cards, and a golden grommash is useless on it's own?
If he EVER wants to play Control Warrior ( or most Warrior decks actually ) he will need Grommash. Dusting a Golden Legendary ( esp. a Top Tier one like Grommash ) is SUUUCH a terrible investment. The return is a joke for rare a Golden Legendary card is.
DE'ing Gold Grommash to make 1 legendary card of choice is not going to suddenly improve his deck much at all. The only card that was so significant was Leeroy in old Hunter decks and Miracle.
I'm at 290 wins right now. That is my same goal this month haha. I've never played miracle rogue though, and that's what I'm playing now. Hopefully I can find enough time to get that gold dagger too!
Congrats by the way!
Good luck with the goal, it's totally worth it IMO! It's funny/kinda cool how many people hover their mouse over the portrait and daggers now.
I played a lot of my games as Tempo Rogue, suprisingly when I started playing lots of Miracle I found those games didn't really take much longer then Tempo Rogue games ( unless Tempo had a god hand vs. bad matchup ).
Totally an achievable goal bud and you're more then halfway now :D

Earthen Ring Farseer You have to know about this guy !
Also, technically, Voodoo Doctor is over-valued stat+effect wise :P
