I think you are pretty safe to pick something that's looking good now and start building it. mage, warlock and paladin are looking safest going into the future IMO.

Priest retains the most overall STR, but they will loose a lot of cards when the big rotation comes in a few months, where as other classes stand to loose little or nothing.

IMO you should pick either mage, warlock or paladin and go from there. see what works, try it out with the cards you have in some format and then tweak it.

It's the best time right now to be trying new things and working them out for yourself, as everyone else is doing the same and decks are evolving daily.

Don't over invest on cards that are not key, build the basic version of something you want to play (especially if it won't cost you much/you have a lot of the cards already) but it is definitely a good time to be trying stuff out. Most exciting time in the game is when new cards come out and trying to come up with something new that no one else is quite doing the same way.

very useful advise, thank you. i guess ill start with the basic skeleton of the decks and tweak it before crafting legendaries that might only see play in specific decks.
i wont be playing priest though. i dont wana craft cards that'll rotate out soon as i dont play wild.

In my opinion never craft decks. It's so much better crafting some good cards from every class+neutrals and be able to explore as much as you can. If you don't have some of the legendaries you need, substitute them or craft the essentials but don't waste dust on crafting one single deck that may (and probably will) be bad/outdated next month. So far the new cards that I feel are essential are:

Neutral epics: Corridor Creeper,Carnivorous Cube,Spiteful Summoner

Class epics: Call to Arms, Psychic Scream, Voidlord

I don't feel that any of the new Legendary cards is totally essential to make good decks except for Aluneth that's great in tempo mage and Skull of the Man'ari (but still neither of them is essential to play the class). If you want to craft some legendaries I would recommend crafting DK cards (Gul'dan,Anduin,Malfurion and Jaina are the best, but if you like another class go for it) or classic legendaries that will always be around.

P.S Don't make the mistake to craft Umbra or any other legendary that's meh or just used in one deck if you don't have much dust or a full collection.

    Good luck! :D

hey thanks for the advise. i actually have all the dks except warrior(i dont play warrior anywaz) and uther and as for the epics from kac. i have the ones u have mentioned. just wanted a solid deck to climb ladder.

new warlock deck is not awesome.. it just ruins the fun for all other decks just like highlander priest

The thing with control decks is that they get wrecked by secret mage generally (as well as kingsbane mill rogue). Even big priest, the strongest deck atm, gets destroyed by secret mage if played properly and a bit of draw luck. And thats good, because decks like secret mage and mill rogue get rekt by aggro (rock paper scissors).
We are witnessing the same thing happened in KFT; where control was really strong after the nerfs (lead by jade and razakus), after which people reacted to it by playing tempo decks all around, which got countered by aggro (huge performance of aggro druid was notable for more than a month, recored by VS) - the meta balanced itself and tempo rogue emerged as the winner.

I expect the same thing happening this time, control is strong now, secret mage is already on the rise, and meta will shift to aggro in couple of weeks when people stop experimenting and start grinding the ladder with refined lists. And while priests seem strong enough to stay in tier 1 regardless of the meta (at least 1 deck will stay in t1), i think warlock will fall to tier 2 inevitably at one point, as people will start teching against cubelock, and control has no good enough of a win condition to keep him in tier 1 (Rin is problematic as it seems very slow to me).

wow, thats some analysis. well i guess that gives me another reason to wait. thanks man! .,, guess i'll wait for the winner of this expansion lol

    Hey guys,

I am a relatively new player. Began playing after the frozen throne expansion came out. This is my first actual expansion release experience and i am not sure how long to wait to craft decks.

i have around 4k dust and also some legendaries like lorewalker cho, madam goya, anomalus and osruk(i havent dusted anything yet).

the new warlock decks are really awesome like the cube lock and rin control (i have all the cards apart from the kac legendaries for these decks)and i would like to craft them. just wanted to ask if i should wait some more time or is it safe to craft?

Thank you so much for this.. Its really fun.  Was bored of playing meta decks.

Beating the opponent with his own cards is so satisfying. Lol

Against a highlander priest.  I actually pulled out raza,  andiun dk AND   DOUBLE KAZAKUS ..  Machine gunned him down ..we almost went to fatigue.  He must be so pissed off realizing that i had no legendaries in my deck lol. unbelievable match

and against an evolve shaman.  I pulled out a turn 10 doppelgangster + thrall dk combo.  Opponent conceded. Wow

Amazing work bro thank you so much

If you are just after daily quest viability then I would recommend the neutrals. Or even just strategic rares/epics.

Yes daily quests is my main objective, i do craft essential epics and rares from time to time. But i would also like to, you know craft good cards that would make a deck more viable overall. I asked about the two specific dks cause i do have all the class cards for warlock and shaman.
Am currently using mid range hunter and zoo to climb(sometimes even evolve shaman just to change things up) .  Would crafting warlock and shaman dk help me to use them in ladder?
I am kinda confused about the entire concept and therefore asked.
Wouldn't bother with Shaman DK. It is strong but not essential and I am not convinced it will hold value long term.
The warlock DK is a really strong card so it will likely see play in future meta's. I would consider it a safer craft. Especially considering you play zoo as a "main" deck.
Keleseth has the advantage that it is a neutral so can be played by more classes. It is very strong in warlock and rogue in particular. Patches remains probably the strongest single legendary (but will rotate to wild April next year).
     Thanks for the advise.

I recommend you to focus on epics .. they are used more than most legendaries, but first, see which deck attract you the most, build it

Advice : save some gold to buy like 20 packs from the next exp you can collect 2k so easily

Thank you so much for the advise.  I do have all the rares/ epics required for mage,  hunter rogue, warlock and shaman.  Priest and paladins decks are comparatively expensive so i decided to kep them for laterand i am not really into warrior( i generally replace the quests for these three classes )
I have saved up around 2.5k gold for the next expansion.. Will save more.
The thing is i am kinda getting bored playing the same decks on ladder.  So wanted to craft value cards that would help me later on as well.  I see prince keleseth and patches being played in quite a few decks...  As for the two dks,  i find the really  interesting.. So asked.  Kinda confused.

Hey guys.  I am a fairly new player.. Been playing since june this year.  I have 4 dks.  Mage, rogue, paladin and hunter.  Have been gathering dust to craft legendaries.  Need ur advise regarding the same.  My goal is to make as many classes as i can playable and also to complete daily quests.  So should i craft legendaries like patches, Prince keleseth,  etc or craft the dks for warlock and shaman as i have almost all the class cards for the same.

Also in general,  would you guys recommend  crafting all the dks over crafting neutral and other class specific legendaries?
