Crap, its everywhere. I think Alextrasza got hit in the eye. How is this even possible? Wait Deathwing, what are you doing? Please Don't! I didnt even know dragons could get drunk."
it’s an elemental made of ale that gets everyone SUPER DRUNK after it dies. I associated warrior with alchohol the most.

Zence posted a message on Weekly Card Design Competition 7.08 - Submission TopicPosted in: Fan CreationsFlavor: No magic will hold him! Gul'dan had better check himself.
What? No mana cost?
Since its like Shifting Scroll , its unplayable directly. Instead, this card summons itself once the condition is met.
This means your best plan of action is to trade or play an AoE. Opponents also should be wary, as clearing out your minions on their turn can also cause this card to be summoned!
This gives Warlock an unique tool to try to keep up a bit of pressure on the board in Zoo decks, rather than having to run big spells to use cards like Arcane Tyrant .

Zukuu posted a message on Weekly Card Design Competition 7.08 - Submission TopicPosted in: Fan CreationsCan be used to get a big tempo turn early or keep it for a later combo turn, at the expense of giving your opponent mana leverage in return. It can also be used to give your opponent a full hand, to make him mill his next card or in combination with Coldlight Oracle.

Raemahn posted a message on Oh boy, am I overjoyed with blizzard...Posted in: General DiscussionI've been playing since Day 1 outside of beta and I've payed $50 per set and purchased all of the adventures. I have done every daily I've ever received (or damn near all of them), and I stop buying boosters for any given set after a Legendary so as to not waste gold due to the pity timer. I have opened three golden legendaries (one in my first year [Malygos], Benedictus, and [most recently] King Krush) over all this time. I haven't counted the epics, but I imagine maybe one every set at most. I've only gotten to Rank 5 twice, but usually hang out around 14, and I don't play Arena, so I'm not scooping up golden cards from those venues.
I'm not saying this to say you are doing good, bad, or average, or as a statement on my luck. Just some data from another player before you get too upset. I've learned that an investment of $50 per set keeps me in the cards I need to build every competitive deck. Yes, every one of them. Rarely is there one that I cannot build, although I typically continue to buy boosters with gold until about week 6 of a set release, after which I start hoarding again for the next set (I typically have enough gold to buy 80+ boosters on release day). I know not everyone can afford to buy their cards, and that's fine, but I don't mind as I can and I like to support the things I enjoy.
I get what you are saying, I really do. I've played MANY CCGs over time (albeit all the others were physical cards) and this one is a great deal easier to collect than any of the others. If you are unwilling/uninterested/unable in investing $50/set in the game then that's understandable and it is your choice, but in M:tG and Yu-Gi-Oh! (comparing to physical card games here, so may not be apples-to-apples) I'd spend that much just to collect enough cards for a single deck. Maybe a CCG isn't for you.
Just my opinion, for what it's worth. Good luck in your decision and I hope you find something you enjoy.

Pumpkin03 posted a message on Nerf and Buffs Recommendations 2Posted in: General DiscussionQuote from WorriedCheez >>Honestly, UI is a garbage card, especially at 10 mana. Absolutely no value. I cant recall the last time i lost because it was played.
WHAAAAAT????NO VALUE???????
It's MATHS! A 5/5 minion costs 4.3 mana, 5 damage is 3.8 mana, draw 5 is 8.5 mana and 5 armor is 1 mana
4.3+3.8+8.5+1=17.6 mana. In a card.
But, NOOOOO that s not value 17.6=10 of course.

B0n3d4ddy posted a message on Boss Battle Royale 2 - Tavern Brawl #140Posted in: Tavern BrawlIt's been only a few hours in and everyone's already picking Sindragosa over and over just to farm their daily fucking 100 gold. Are you serious? Way to ruin an original type of brawl, good job guys. They really should remove the bonus gold for wins, it has done more harm than good.

Ha, I get it it's called spreading Plague because Jade druid spreads like the plague.

Depends. Do you consider
Evolve shaman viable without evolve?
Quest mage viable without the quest?
Freeze mage viable without freeze?
If you answered yes to any of these questions then yes play without Aluneth

People seem to overlook that this could be used against a mill deck just as well as it could be used with a mill deck.
