Got Chameleos from infest. It promptly turned into Fear from opponents hand. Played Fear, killing 6 minions, including the head of the horseman. GG horseman.
I have played some games with this (post nerf), not a lot though but it is fun and I will play some more. Thanks!
Have you tested Innervate? I don't seem to be running out of stuff to play too often, but often my hand is a little clunky with all even cards. Like on turn 5 where I´d often want to make a push onto the board, I can only play one thing. And in a deck with 2 UI, Innervate seems fine, since you can regain cards easily later. I feel like at least one copy would fit well, maybe not two though since drawing two might be bad.
I found spreadin plague to be awkward in a lot of games, but maybe that was just because of matchups or me playing too aggressively and not trying to set up a SP turn...how good do you think it is vs odd rogue and even shaman?
Yeah, sure, you do end up picking neutrals because they are better. I agree, it is nothing weird. But isn't it very unexciting though? Why bother with this event if it isn't doing much cooler things than a very minor twist on the normal arena? I don't know about you, but I have time to do a couple of runs per week, and if the average run has more than 50% neutral cards, the decks where you get to explore interactions between class cards will be few and far between. And in a normal Arena, I like that consistensy, but for this event I would have thought it would be more like a prolonged tavern brawl, a little whacky...
So it is not like I have a big issue, with it, it is fine, just unexciting and maybe a missed opportunity to do something cooler? I think the issue is probably that it would require a lot more work than they put in, moving some cards to different buckets, maybe making some cards not show up if you pick one part of a broken combo, stuff like that.
I have tried two arena runs, first Priest+hunter and now warrior+mage. Last one I have zero (0!) mage class cards, and I saw very few. I saw one weapon and took it, and am playing 5 warrior class cards in total. Is this just a random lack of class cards, or is it others experience as well? I also seemed to play against mostly neutrals.
If that is the case it kind of makes the experience lackluster. Very consistent of course and my decks were fine power wise, just not very cool at all. I like normal arena, but sholdn't an event like this be more different? At the same time, yeah, last years version was pretty bad because of powerlevel too high and random. But what seems like fun to me is to explore interactions between class cards, and that wont happen if they barely exist...
What a broken deck. After turn 5, you will be able to Vanish every turn for the rest of the game, until you have enough coldlight oracles and shadow steps to kill them. The only way to die is to a very fast deck, a mage with lots of burn, or I suppose to a OTK deck.
Even got to finish my play 40 murloc quests as a bonus haha.
Nice deck, more fun with "all in" on deathrattle than the top ltop legend decklists.
I play with Sonya, super sweet with any big deathrattle. Also found one copy of the secret that gives you a 2 mana cheaper copy of a crature to be good. You can set up a whelp so that you play it, they kill it, and now you can play a 4 mana whelp plus cube on 9 mana. Also fine with vilespine, zilliax.
And. I have tried Cheap shot instead of eviscerate. I dont think Eviscerate kills enough stuff. I like one cheap shot one sap instead.

Does not seem very good to me.

I like this brawl a lot, I hope they do a similar for dungeon run bosses.

The mirror match must be weird...

Going to give this a try.
Nightmare amalgam has same stats as Spider tank but also gets patches, so maybe it is better?

I found Edwin to be awkward a lot of the time. Was he good good for you?

Yes, I saw that and love it.
I guess that makes sense with +2 being rounded up. But it isnt as pretty as the rest of the card .:)

Pi-rat obviously has to gain +pi attack, not 2.

Nice. How is the matchup vs othet druid decks?

The fun thing with the the archetype is how much you can customize it and still do ok, I feel. :)
Sonya and blightnozzle is filthy, clears the whole board with the rush poison guy. Half reason I want to play the deck!
