Nice deck! can you write a bit about which secrets you choose from arcane key smith in which matchups and why? I know its not the most important thing but I want to see how you justify playing it as opposed to whatever other card such as dragon caller Alanna or Barron geddon.
this is a message to the player Ivanthegreat on the NA server that didn't friend me after the game we played. you were playing dragon priest and I was playing quest rogue. you summoned a Tess greymane off spiteful and I bounced it to your hand. and you never played it. im pretty sure if you had it woulda replayed all of your cards which probably would have won you the game. hopefully this reaches you or someone you know and then you.
My 3 favorite decks in order were GVG/TGT Control Warrior, Naxxramas Midrange Combo Druid, and Classic Miracle Rogue. I would argue Control Warrior wasn't "oppressive," but it was very good.
Basically, I have a lot of nostalgia for the 2014-early 2015 era of Hearthstone and really wish there was a mode that would let me play with those decks again, like the World Championship Deck Tavern Brawl, but with more options from the respective time period. However, I recognize it's a slim chance.
Damn I miss control warrior with justicar. ITs not the same in wild anymore tho
I have a love for really strong decks, especially those from the former days before I started playing, and especially especially for those that got severely nerfed before I started playing. I was wondering what deck you guys would want to play the most from back in its glory days. im a huge rogue fan and so I'd personally have loved to play miracle rogue back when gadgetzan and Leeroy weren't nerfed. I would also have loved to play combo druid but I didn't have the cards at the time and then it was too late before I knew it. same with patron warrior. I was wondering what other really strong decks you hearthpwners wish you could play today. or even what deck you loved playing that was super OP.
ps: ill add a poll if you guys want so we can see which is the most loved oppressive deck
I'm usually not a big fan of nerfs, mostly because they don't equalize a decks power, but instead, they just kill it completely.
But, I really think something has got to be done about Paladin. The problem is ... there isn't a good "something" out there. It's not just a card, or even a couple of cards that bust the deck. I have said before, it is the prefect storm.
"But it can be countered" Yes, it can ... sometimes. I have a very good "Anti-Paladin" deck, Big Spell Mage. But for example, I just lost a match where I killed 42 minions, in 12 turns, and lost when on Turns 13-14, he was able to refill the board, again, with 6 more Dudes, and hit them with both Level Up!. You can only put so much AOE in a deck. And seriously, generating 48 minions in 14 turns is absurd.
Like I said, I don't want it nerfed to the ground. And I am not against having powerful aggro decks. But, IMHO, the whole class is too OP right now. It is worse than Druid ever was in "Druidstone" days. It has what, the top 5 decks I believe. That is a problem even Brode can't ignore. It is forcing the meta to counter it, and preventing a lot of new creativity with the new cards.
I'm amazed how The Glass Knight performs in even paladin .When I opened him I was disappointed but now I can really see his true potential .Also that intro music ^^^

hand lock should also be okay cause you can shadow flame giants on like turn five if they leave one up. although handlock is also pretty expensive.
