this deck is designed beat the t1 netdecks. It's not an overall powerful deck, it only excels at punishing the greedy versions of the top decks. It is not good if you don't face those decks the majority of the time and understand their weaknesses
First thought, cut igneous elemental for basically anything else. It's not good enough for this game plan. If you want more value, pick a higher value generator, if you want more ele synergy pick something else. First suggestion is Baron Geddon
I'm pretty sure you're just playing wrong. I've had multiple 7+ win runs with hunter this expac already and my average game length is up by 1.3 turns. All of the new poisonous minions slow the game down a lot. They don't push a lot of face damage when left unchecked, but also slow dow development a lot.
