I think 2 Cabalist's Tome would help, as Leyline Manipulator will lower the cost of the random spells after you cast it, recuperating the cost of the 5 mana tome vs the 2 mana spellstone. You'll also get your random spells sooner and thus can discount them more effectively.
First thought, cut igneous elemental for basically anything else. It's not good enough for this game plan. If you want more value, pick a higher value generator, if you want more ele synergy pick something else. First suggestion is Baron Geddon

Leyline manipulator would only reduce the cost of random spells generated so the 5 in the deck would still work with Alanna. The spellstone in the deck is ment to act as a cheaper cabalists tome with so much elemental synergy. It helps with getting spells earlier on as the tome is usually a huge loss of tempo on turn 5....and game losing against aggro
I like the idea but I think regular secret Mage will just be a lot better. Secret Mage tends to do really well against slow decks and it’s one of the only decks in the entire game that isn’t hurt that much by Psychic Scream. So I imagine it will be a great choice for K&C with all the priests probably around.
Raven Familiar don't look good in this deck, Babbling Book looks better with Leyline.
Igneous elemental don't looks great, you already have elementals enough to make spellstones to work, can cut them for Kabal Courier.
Raven familiar is ment to filter out your big spells so you have a higher chance of drawing into lower cost cards. With so many high cost cards and not a ton of card draw it’s good to get them out of your deck.
I see your point with igneous elemental, but idk about kabal courier. I’m thinking something better against aggro would be better but not sure what. Any thoughts?

I like the thought of Baron Geddon, but i think this decks main problem will be aggro decks and i think a lower cost card would be a better replacement. Maybe Lone Champion? Or Stonehill Defender?
I don't know about the future of mage, but it is definitely promising so I'm looking forward to trying it out! ^^

Deck looks pretty solid, but deck of wonders is meme worthy and the spells created don’t actually synergize with Alanna so i would take that out as well as maybe a spitefule summoner and put in tar creepers to help against aggro
Only 5 spells that cost 5 or more seems exceptionally weak. The odds you'll play all 5 of them seem very low and frankly the legendary just isn't worth putting in the deck if you can't expect to get at least 3 dragons when you play it. This card would have to be held on to for a long time if you got it early before it would be considered anything less than desperate to play it.

I put together an elemental based tempo mage deck involving big spells and the new legendary Dragoncaller Alanna

Leyline Manipulator and Primordial Glyph are kind of anti-synergy to Dragoncaller Alanna, as they'll reduce the cost of spells below the 5 mana cost needed to proc a dragon summon, unless I'm mistaken.

This is the deck that will be bad, but fuuun.

Variant of Big Spell Mage I'm thinking of giving a go that will probably change once I've seen all the set.
