    If you want poison removed, then you need to alter mechs to not depend on divine shields so much. Maybe reduce the incidence of divine shields by a lot overall too.

    Those buddies seem like a win-more feature. Since you don't progress anything by taking (more) damage, they don't really help you come back into the game. This for me is a terrible oversight and shows how incompetent the devs are.

    They simply provide new stuff for the sake of it, not to actually balance things (especially since the armor system was disabled for now). I'm glad some of you enjoy it, but it's too bad the true purpose is to give us a bone (with new stuff) and not solve the existing issues.

    I don't know about the decisions regarding nerfs, but what I do know is:

    - they should act more quickly. In 3 days they probably have enough data to adjust stuff.

    - the business decisions are made by morons.

    - because of the previous point, instead of giving the community simple and effective things, they either do nothing, or just provide stupid convoluted stuff that no one asked for.

    - if they can't decide on something, they do nothing. This is the worst approach possible (as opposed to, like, trying each alternative and see how it pans out).

    - again, the business direction for the game is given by idiots that have no idea what development or "fun" mean. That's why we have duels and mercenaries, yet no proper balance for either. And arena has been neglected for many years. And stupidly grindy ladder system which is not related to skill but time investment. Etc.

    - money, money, money... with little or no regards for anything else. It would've been easy enough to create a test version for HS where only certain people and the devs get to play with new changes (under an nda) and find balance issues, for example. But noooo... it's too expensive... the fking CEO or the managers below him wouldn't be able to afford a brand new full-options Tesla every year if they did that. Fking cunts.

    This toxicity was always present, since the game is very frustrating sometimes. Thank blizzard for making it so polarized and swingy (let alone games being over in 7 turns).

    I was just reading the other thread about ignite mage and how some supposedly cheat and cancel animations in the client. Good for them! They should keep doing it! 

    If these morons allowed for such a deck to exist BEFORE fixing sync/animation issues, then they deserve the game to be full of cheaters. I'm sorry for everyone else, but it's the cost of playing a game mode designed by incompetents and money grabbers, who only care about a certain (teenage) market.

    It's really hard not to be toxic in this game. Some of us learnt how not to throw it on others, while the others didn't.

These people should be fired on the spot or sent to other projects where their ideas make sense and can be successful rather than frustrating for the players.

    That "undefined" from the message could mean that your profile wasn't found or something happened to whatever data they stored about it. Could also be some caching issue if that "performProfileAction" is something more global, etc. 

    Nevertheless, it's funny and sad how they probably don't even log these anywhere anyhow.

    Then it's not HS related but Chrome related. Use another browser, i never get this issue. Also, chrome sucks for performance and data privacy.

    Lastly, HS is related to something else though - when starting battlenet and before the game finishes loading, twitch.tv streams seem to buffer for a bit.

    I guess HS uses some form of flash player or something... and it doesn't allow multiple instances. Welcome to 2001 blizzard! LUL
