There is goblin inside, so no. The reason it is not a mech is probably that it would have too strong synergies with future cards.

Look at the art for Piloted Shredder. OD should be a mech.

posted a message on New Druid Card Reveal - Forest Guide

I see a lot of people talking about Mill Druid or this being dust. Honestly if anything, this is most likely for the aggro/token druid archetype we're seeing pushed in Witchwood. Jeeves is used in aggro druid in Wild and is very strong in the deck (admittedly the deck isn't in a good spot at the moment). This appears to be intended as the Standard equivalent.

    throwback to that one time i was called out for m o o c h i n on someone else's tavern...

I am sorry but moochin uninvited for a quick game of HS especially at a library is totally despicable - the lowest of the low.  Oh damn I did the exact same thing - guess we're pretty bad people.

I especially loved the part where it looks like you both invaded the same tavern. That was Satanherself in Malsz's screenshot.

posted a message on Patches the Pirate Loses Charge - Four Card Nerfs Coming in February

As a Wild player, I am very happy with these nerfs. Thank you for paying attention to the format, even if you don't choose to support it on a competitive level.

Now that Patches was finally hit with the nerfbat, will he be seeing a new voice line when he enters the battlefield? It's not as egregious as Lady Liadrin's previous opening line, but it doesn't fit nearly as well now post-nerf.

posted a message on Deathstalker Rexxar not getting new K&C beats added to his Zombeast options

Wow, I had no idea this was even an issue. Thanks for posting OP, I clearly need to check Reddit more. This is really disappointing. Despite maybe not being the most competitive DK, Rexxar is by far my favorite due to the design. It's really sad to find out that he's essentially being disregarded going forward. I pulled him in gold in my first pack and was actually excited at the prospect of his hero power expanding over time, especially since I play Wild. I really hope they reconsider on this. It's like a software developer releasing a program and refusing to update it.

Next revealed card: Give all golden minions immune and +10 attack. Pay to win confirmed

Exactly, this is the first step in making gold cards a thing for blizzard. Why don't just let a golden zola give you a golden copy and a non golden zola a non golden copy. I wouldn't be surprised anymore if blizzard would pull of a card with something like; "If this card is golden deal 1 to a random enemy." or whatever.
Holy crap people. We're talking about a card that they named Gorgon Zola. Think about it. Most cheese is yellow. It puts a gold (yellow) card in hand. It's just Gorgon Zola giving you cheese.

posted a message on Get your standard decks out of wild!!
    Quote from Aether_lackey >>

Wild is easier. Probably because the most skilled players like standard better. So especially for newer players it can be very convenient to play wild, even if the don't have rotated cards.

Technically, the pro players and streamers prefer Standard because it's the sole format supported by Blizzard. Since Blizzard only supports Wild come rotation time, it's fiscally more beneficial for the "best" players to focus on Standard the majority of the time. The unfortunate side-effect is that when they dabble in Wild, particularly at low ranks, they give the impression that decks like Naga Giants are running amok when that's not truly the case.
