I agree with "control" probably means on board, but "having", to me, sounds like either on board or in hand...i dunno tho

Wish I had more of the base cards I need so I could start collecting GvG right away.

Questions: 1) Mimiron's Head : It says if you HAVE at least 3 mechs...does this mean on board, in hand, or either?

2) Tinkertown Technician : If you CONTROL a mech...does this mean on board, in hand, or either?

That's not what's going to happen. As people have said, there is skill involved in managing the randomness. HOWEVER!!! When you introduce a lot of RNG elements, it's going to take a greater number of games for that skill to shine through. What that means, is the same people will be reaching legend, because the randomness will regress to the mean over time, and the people with more skills will climb higher - eventually. On the other hand, tournaments are going to be crazy and the RNG is going to make a much bigger impact, because the number of games played are much smaller and every random event is that much more meaningful and your skill to manage it is that much more meaningless.

Updated it :) ... yeah i was wondering about Faceless Manipulator, pretty good idea, but this is working out really well for me right now lol...but that 20 dmg combo tho...
