    If you look at the released card sets so far, only 20-40 % of the cards in an expansion are usable for ladder, the rest is trash. And it actually went downhill about 40% of nax cards ended up beeing good, in br its only 28%...so we maybe arived at 20% playable cards for ladder.

    Which is common in card games, in magic for example there are in avarage 2 good cards per set, the rest is trash if your alowed to play with al sets, thats why there you have a limited format, which already could be a good thing for hearthstone imagine classic cards could not be used...suddenly some br cards would seem more atractive.

    Rouge is without a doubt in a terrible spot.

    1. Lowest winrate of all classes.

    2. inspire realy doesnt seem to work well with Rouges

    3. The class cards are so incredebly clunky and fucked up...we have 2 2 drops we cant play on turn two or they go subpar. No onedrop to boot. Over all Heropower is overrated cause there is direct counter in ooze andharrison plus you always get face damage using it which is a huge drawback in a fast meta.

    however here is a chance for rouge, when the meta will slow down and there are some cards to push it, mill will might get viable maybe even verry strong. the deck already has a good wining ratio vs. Priest, control warrior and Handlock so this might be a solution.

    The second path are those pirates, cause they work well with weapons, but over all there are no real synergies in rouge, we only got one eyed cheat which is a terrible card.

    With all that in mind its obvious why so many players are dissapointed in this expansion so far. We just saw poisoned blade which contests for worst card ingame and no card unrevealed will change that.

    why would i ever play that over a 3/4 weapon? If there is a fetch mechanic ill take the 3/4, if there is a card that puts weapon from hand in game like scientist etc. i still take the 3/4.

    The only case this card would see play is ludecrous, when there is a combo which lets you spam hero power endlessly, but that would be exodia instant win so such a combo will not exist. so this card is doomed, like the whole class Rouge seems to be at least untill a real powerhouse from a card is released.

    And please cut this bulshit "but whe havent seen all cards from the expansion yet" crap!

    In this forum we discuss the state of the game oriented to existing cards! There might be some card that could change the state of rouge but there might aswell be none so this argument is just pointless.

    The longer i think about this card, the better it becomes imo.

    1. The stats are verry ok, 2/5 is pretty decent so it will trade okay and not easyly be removed.

    2. It already has some good synergies with mountain giant, twilight drake and power overwhelming to boot.

    There might be a card with mechwarper tyle and propably a combo with the 2 mana guy, which doubles inspire.

    Its at least not as bad as people calling it.

    For triggers obviously, but as i said i doubt its better than the existing 3 drops.

    Its a weird card that looks bad at the first glance, 3m 2/5 bounce back with hero power.

    I could see this in healpriest, if this actually can be healed with hero power before it returns to the hand but im not sure about the timing...will the heal go of and trigger?

    In either case this will still be worse than Blademaster or dark cultist so ill say another baddie of a card.

    But ill try in heal priest since the mechanic is quiet unique

    Well if blizz doesnt slow down the meta, their inspire gamedesign is bound to fail. all those cards will be completely useless because to slow. However the main Problem of this game atm is not agro its othk decks like Patron which abuse the lack of interaction during the enemy turn.

    So there will propably be some taunts with 3+ attack to shut that down, which also will slow down the meta, that would be my balance choice.

    Ofcause there should be weak cards and im fine with that but there is just a limit of how bad cards should be. Espacially if they want to push hunter out of face decks, those cards are crucial. And so far the released hunter cards are terrible as is most of the set.

    Furthermore i realy hate the argument "but there maybe combos yadayada". Just because rouge has prep doesnt mean all the spells should be costed more. Its like saying all druid minions should cost 2 more because they have inervate.

    And there are already 30+ otk combos in this game, so how worse can it realy get?! Especially when the card is completely random like this, how can there be a reliable combo with this piece of filth?

    Terrible gamedesign from blizz.

    In fact, this shows an interesting trend in the future of Hunter.  It seems that the ridiculous card draw engines we once had are no more, and they will never come back because of how there is no setting between "off" and "high" on the power scale.  Instead, we get ways to fill our hand without thinning our deck.  Ball of Spiders/Feign Death combo provides us with the minion half of our card draw needs, whereas Lock and Load holds off the spell front.  All in all, I'd say it's a healthy addition to an unexplored archetype.

    I agree that this is a try from blizz, to push deathrattle Hunter, however again blizz doesnt know their stuff. On 6 mana there is already sylvanas and two highmanes, dont tell me ur going to cut one of those for this.

    This would be brilliant and not op for 5 mana. but again blizz almost always undershots their balance atempts.

    The problem is not that hunter is op, it isnt, the problem here is, that this game lost all interaktiveness.Almost all decks in meta, try to ignore their oponent as much as possible, and that is just anti fun which leads to frustration.

    The only possibility to make them play with you is to play taunts which they silence again to bypass, thats such a stupid gamemechanic.

    Taunt should not be  be silancable.

    However the bigger problem are those otk decks like Patron, which just kill you from 30 hp. At the moment i see almost no hunters at least today no hunter in 16 Games so far.

    To the topic, you can 9/10 facehunter with every class with good tech, thats not the problem.

    Horrible design, cant trade with anything over a one drop as a four drop, ability almost dos nothing, what is 2 heal in one turn for six mana?

    No taunt so aggro will just walk arround.

    Ok of cause combos etc. but just because i can do an 5 card combo that does something usefull it doesnt make a card good and i doubt priest will get a charge spell.

    I voted for rouge Elf, hope for BGH against small creatures like 3 mana 2/1 silence and destroy a minion with 2 or less attack.

    For the Paladin i guess smth araound 4 Mana 3/4 taunt restore 3 health.

    Those votes where often theme based i think this might be anti aggro theme.
