No, if dust is limited, then do not craft this deck. Its a good and fun deck that can climb (demigod reached legend from rank 4 with this deck), but there are much better decks to craft to reach legend. If dust is a concern, then zoolock, odd rogue, and tempo mage are the best decks to make that dont need much new cards. If you have more dust, then evenlock, Malygos druid, and deathrattle hunter are also good. Those are the 6 most popular decks on ranks 5 to legend right now.
And secret hunter, spell hunter, and spiteful druid are also good choices.
Super Collider is a really strong weapon for maintaining board control. Even after you play it, its hard for opponents to play around without weapon removal. Its probably better to run it over Gorehowl, and can even run two copies of it if you have it.
The deck was inspired by Rastafish's Quest Mage which also got high legend. This version of quest mage was mainly built to consistently get the quest off so you can steadily farm warlocks.
I would just play all the strong demons that rotated out of standard - Imp Gang Boss, Voidcallers, and Malganis. I would cut Saronite Chain Gangs, Fungalmancers, and Mortal Coil for them. I would also cut both Demonfires for double Power Overwhelming, just because its so strong not to play as well, and its a great activator for Voidcallers. The only questionable card choice left would be double Bloodfury Potion, since Imp Gang Boss is a much better turn 3 play. I would cut one to put back in Mortal Coil, but keeping double Bloodfury Potion isnt bad either, as it can buff the non-Demons in the deck as well.
Even though this is a troll deck posting, most of these cards arent even a bad craft, except for Tar Lords and the new warrior legendary Geosculptor Yip. Im guessing the point of the troll is to get people to burn 1600-1800 dust.
Conquest format tournament meta and standard ladder meta are close to the same meta. You have to win with each deck against the entire field in Conquest, and those are the same decks that do well on ladder. This is Loyan's ladder deck, and he got top 8 with this same shaman list.

The weapon is fantastic against paladin, allowing you to clear minions and summon beast tokens to keep up on board.

Without N'Zoth, youre better off playing cubelock with doomguards. You need N'Zoth to go with Guldan and summon more Voidlords.
