It helps you get stronger cards from Barnes (with more chance), and your rez techs will get more chance to get good cards. Nozdormu can be replaced, but it's fun to surprise people, and it counters very slooooow players (i hate them).
Have fun !
Instead of Nozdormu Troggzor the Earthinator did the trick for me
Why do all these Reno decks use Sen'jin Shieldmasta? I mean its a basic card. Arent there any better taunt cards?
Well better depends on what you need. Basic cards have often the classical stat distribution. And Sen'jin Shieldmasta is for a 4 drop as a taunt pretty good. Infested Tauren can be better and Cyclopian Horror is better in a situation where the enemy has 3+ minions. Evil Heckler is more aggressive but with only 4 life easy to remove.
you need to be able to play bgh at least at turn 4 - so 4 mana is the cap (handlock giants).
The effect could be nerved to affect only 8+ attack cards or the stat could get nerved to 4/1 or 3/2
But actually I would like to see again the times when bgh was a techcard because many people played decks which held not one 7+ attack minion. Boom ended this era and made bgh an autoinclude in most decks, because he was just to strong at turn 7.
I don't think more basic cards would be the right tool (you have to be able to earn the golden ones and if they use existing commons they would have to give all players the full dust back or provoce a riot). But of course there is a need to give new f2p playern the ability to catch up. Older Adventures should go down in price over time. 5-10 random commons from each edition for unlock all character classes, would be a option which hurts noone of the older players but saves new player 600 up to 1200 dust for cards we all dust for 5...
If there weren't bad cards, mabye just cards that would't be played the game would be more diverse and have more archetypes avalivble.
The meta would be "play something that spawns as much other shit as possible"
Shredder is a good example here, because it can suck, but most of the time its good. Same for TGT.. most 2 drops are good, but SOME suck.
Those bad cards are there to make sure that Shredder isn't a must play, because playing Shredder is a 4/3 +X
What do you want? 4/3 spawn a 2/3 with "spawn a random 1 drop" that spawns a spider that gives you "Savannah Highmane"?
Your argument is actually against how shredder and similar cards work. There wouldn't be a problem to add 2 drops into his pool which aren't exist as real cards and are worse than real 2 drops.
But Cho and Manastorm isn't "bad" cards, they just do something completley diffrent from what is normally useable. There is a huge diffrence in bad cards and cards that aren't played. Sen'jin and Yeti aren't played but they aren't bad cards. Magma Rager aren't played but that is a bad card. If there weren't bad cards, mabye just cards that would't be played the game would be more diverse and have more archetypes avalivble.
Blizzard nerfed undertaker... then creates card 10x more OP?! Me thinks they want to have a flavor of the season character each expansion to change things up... Face/Hunter replaced by Get Out of Here Warrior replaced by... we'll see after TGT.
Not Grim Patron is the problem but the Warsong Commander buff. But compared with the unnerfed Undertaker in an environment with all the new deathrattles from gvg it would be totally broken.
Most people won't play those decks on ladder if they aren't forced to do so for completing them. But of course some new quests would be great. Maybe some more uniqe ones.

Great Deck had a 61% winrate from 5 to legend but it would be higher without missplays while learning the deck.

Are the Arena rewards updated so you have the chance to get the tgt booster or is it like gvg that they haven't chaged it yet ?

Me too :(

Sylvanas Windrunner is better for Priest but I would wait till some of the new legendaries are tested.
PS: If you don't play Arena before tgt the chance to get Sylvanas by Brawl, Spectating Quest is of course higher

Sen'jin Shieldmasta is still a thing in Wall Druid.
